  • @tasis2 - Never tried it that way, but I'm sure that some lemon juice with garlic would be great.

  • I grilled a pork tri-tip just last night ..... I've never cut them in half though.

    I was grown up in a village, with animals around me as a baby, and many things that you say... yuck, and never had any health issues, on the contary like you ...

    So keep it dirty to live longer and better...

  • It is something that I make and sell. The rub works well on chicken and fish as well.
