  • Hi Zach,

    Couldn't you work exercise into your regular routine by like walking to work, dancing before bed or something like that? I think when it becomes a chore or a project it's much harder to sustain. I walk to and from work every day which is perfect because I HAVE to do it, no matter what.

  • @chubchef Awesome name! Work is a little too far to walk but I was thinking of biking it in the future, when I can actually ride a bike comfortably. Dancing before bed, not a bad suggestion but I'll be heading to the gym for the treadmill about 3-5 times a week at night. I've always liked riding a bike so it will be pretty awesome when I can do that.
