@AdvertChild98 not really all you have to do is to see your opponent's hands when he throw if it was right hand then rp if it was left then lp if it was both then rp + lp that's it

nice video, actually i already knew this escaped system .. the thing i want to know is how to escape effectively, i mean the exact frame, i saw some pro that they can break throws easily, because there are some opponents use alternate grabing to confused you, because if you input wrong buttons, throw is unbreakable...any pro here for advice, if any PM me

The counters to throws in this game is sick (well most of them)

when u have xbox,ps3 or psp.. go to defensive training.. and just activate the grab of the cpu opponent.. then u can practice there. thats where i practiced and 70% of the time i get away from grabs now in real gameplays at arcades.

I don't get it. What do you press. You didn't say anything on hwo to. How do you counter throw? And you sure contradicted yourself, I sure beat your *** with Christie on Xbox and grabbed you like twice.

The real trick to breaking throws is being able to recognize which of your opponents arms is extended as he or she grabs you. If you are grabbed with an extended left arm, press LP (square), right arm, press RP (triangle), Both arms, press LP+RP. You have to have good eyes, and even better reaction time. I practice throw escapes for hours, because I play in tournaments whenever I can, and there are a LOT of throw spammers.

actually some characters are fucking annoying grab animation, example zafina i cant find arm animation, yes i agree with some character can reconized easily as how the grab animation, but like lili,zafina, and raven are fucking confusing because its like from ground or jumping from air or sliding sideways

nope it will not work, if your opponent is smart grab ability, because me myself also uses variation of grabs to confused opponent, yes this is acceptable if you opponent uses one grab....like grab that escaped is 1+2

It is pretty much. You just need to know when to press it.

No. You have to press the exact corresponding button. If you press 1+2 together when the grab requires 1 to be pressed ONLY, then the grab will NOT be broken. For example.

lols theres another way to tell which button to press for throws, its a small window but you can see which arm the opponent grabs you with first and you press the corresponding button i.e. the first grab example is a LP or "1" break. you can see Miguels left arm attempting to grab Jin, when he goes for the grab, thats when you press LP or whatever button is appropriate(i usually jam the button like a tard just to make sure i hit it on time lol)

yes it will break, the trick is to look carefully at their arms when u expect them to grab

too bad there are ground throws, crouch throws etc. xD
