also make a good ground connection,if you can stick a copper or steel rod 6-8ft in the ground,that would be great

i think you can get about 200dc/300ac volts every meter

a meter is 3.3 ft..so lets says your antannae is 18 ft high..you should be able to harness 1200/1800 volts roughly..then you can magnify that voltage with your circuit to obtain high voltage,current and amperage,but is all depends on the circuit that you build

it should work even during the winter the RADIANT/COSMIC rays that impinge upon the EARTH always come 24/7 maybe less at night but they still come..and when they penetrate through the ionosphere they get trapped by the ionosphere meaning that once they come in they cannot leave,also meaning there are always in our atmosphere ...therefore always ready for someone to pump or syphon with the correct circuit in that will transmute the RADIANT ENERGY/COSMIC RAYS in usable standard electrical form...

your ANTANNEA needs to be outside...not in the attic ...Tesla stated to get it as high as possible that way it could be exposed to the Radiant Energy/Cosmic Rays which are impinging upon the Earth...

set up the your plate or wire outside as high as possible and you should get better power ratings..
