Hey, just noticed now that's the Leah Remini of 'The King of Queens'. Always learning something new.

Ya know, maybe they'd have more customers if they didn't have that freaky-looking painting on the wall - it looks like a green skull attached to the body of a snake smoking a cigar 0_o

Also, it could just be the weird side-lighting, but Gabriel kind of looks like a zombie with his shallow cheekbones and albino face (she's Japanese, but she looks tanned compared to him!).

I love this game best of all the Gabriel Knight games. The sprites are much better than the 3D characters and the overall feel is just so much tighter and more well woven together. But maybe that's just cause this one looks more visually put together but then again it is set in my home town so I suppose I love it for that reason as well.

Now I realize what his accent/inflection reminds me of! Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite. Looove the voice acting. It's endearingly campy.

Damn. Now her age is bothering me. I just graduated from MY masters in Classics and UNLESS she did her MA degree outside of the US or skipped some grades...she'd have to be 25 at the YOUNGEST. Ages 5-18 of school, 18-22 of BA degree, and 22-25 IF she did a 3 year degree for her MA...although most programs in the US for History and Classics are a 4 year degree....Sad that that is all I can focus on now.

Why are you taking 4 years for just an MA? An MA is supposed to be 2 years. I did mine in 2.5. She could be 18-21 for Undergrad, depending on her birthday.

@stivan25 Actually, I'm pretty sure Malia's voice actress was the same actress who voiced the voodoo lady. The narrator is someone else entirely. :)

My God is this game great ! Thank you very much, Resulka, for bringing this back, and thus part of my childhood! A great story indeed ^_^ The music is awesome, the characters are brilliantly developed, the drawings are outstanding, and I can continue on and on. And Grace must a Saint, she's got A LOT of patience supporting Gabriel XD

Also, HOORAY FOR MR. CURRY AS GABRIEL ! ^_^

Remains my favorite adventure game of all time. I actually got stuck on the clock puzzle in Grandma Knight's house and never finished the game until 2008... It took me 12 years to beat the game. That poem is pretty epic, as well. Got it saved in a text file somewhere around here...

And yes, Gabriel *does* pour his coffee out on the floor. ;)
