all kids get picked on... if you think the answer is a grown ass man screaming in a little boys face "I'm gonna kill you" then you're just wrong.... I do however have a lot of sympathy and understanding for the father it served him well to admit and realize his mistake...something many people don't have the guts to do these days...admit their errors instead of defending their horrible behavior. That made me respect the man.

If you support a bunch of little douchebag kids and defend their actions because someone yelled at them as well as a mother who obviously hasn't taught her child simple values, then you're an idiot. These actions were of a man who had contacted the school regarding this incident for them to do nothing. Better they learn fear and that someone is always bigger than them now. Taste of their own medicine.

I'm not sure why you feel the need to resort to name calling. How do we even know that this little boy IS part of the bullying.... regardless getting on a bus full of kids and losing your marbles is not the way to handle anything... The guy even admits it...I'm not trying to put him down I understand ...my real point is why is ANYONE allowed on a bus full of children...this time it was an angry parent who's to say next time it won't be a psycho with a gun.

Heellloo. At the beginning, the gentleman said, "Point them out" (meaning, the bad kids that's attacking you). No question, this was one of the bratty kids/boys. And when you look @ his "Crazy Momma", I know why that boy is acting like that & it's because he has a crazy, ghetto Momma that ain't raising her child properly.

BTW- tremendous shame on the bus driver for not having the courage to step in and say something to the bully or even report it. Even shame on the other children's parents for not teaching them enough ethics to speak up when they witness an act of violence ( verbal or physical ) against someone else.

Bullying is too often brushed off as being a normal part of childhood and not the cruel and sociopathic (sp) behavior that it is.
This horrific treatment of another human being is a crime. It can impact the victim as much as a physical attack and should be treated as such.

AND IN SCHOOL.. Theres many times i have had to deal with these illiterate bus drivers that dont give a crap about these kids or who gets hurt and it is A SHAME. What if it were your kid and this happened.. And for all the parents that think bullying dont hurt THINK AGAIN.. I HOPE IT BITES U IN THE ASS

@puddlejumper32 The bus driver is supposed to report this kind of abuse to the school, but he didn't, and that makes him just as responsible. That boy obviously doesn't get any discipline by his useless mother. Instead of punishinhg her brat for the way he treated that child, she gets upset with the guy who had a right be angry. Too many trashy, worthless parents raising kids nowadays. They're lazy and good for nothing.

Your the moron if you think he would have lost his job for dealing with the situation. Sounds like your a big bully to me and its people like you that make these kids think they can get away with it.. Grow up!!!

@stephaniewebberrenee of course he's "expected" to but in reality if he did he would most certainly lose his job. The parents would blame the bus driver for yelling at their precious kid and the school would get rid of him because the school/company will always stick up for the parent who is complaining just so they can quiet the parent down. Not one company will take the side of the employee. If you work you should know that. Remember the saying parent/customer is always right.

And what them kids did to that girl is not just bullying that is assault and she willNEVER forget about that happening to her That should be considered some kind of sexual assualt.. I support him 100%. Im sick and tired of kids getting away with this stuff and the stupid parents that are ignorant about how their "babies" behave. They can bully and harrass all they want but "nobody better put a finger on their kid..." what a bunch of BS.

Another thing, when I was in school, "Big Jack" the bus driver would have jumped his 400 pound ass up and went Shit Flippin Crazy if some kid would be throwing condoms around or hitting someone else. That's the problem these days, the teachers and staff don't have the backing or the nads to control these monsters today. We were scared shitless to do something like this on Big Jacks bus.
