It's odd, when I was a kid I never really thought of the Queen as a 'villain'. Maybe that's just because she only showed up at the end, and didn't drive the story along like Jafar, Captain Hook or even Lay Tremaine. Of course now I know villains come in all shapes and sizes.

The Queen of Hearts is pretty moody. One second she's sugar-sweet (to Alice), and next thing you know she's flying into a rage. She's one of my favorite Disney villains, and certainly one of the funniest. I nearly died laughing when her undies showed after she tripped. XD
