@jackiewatts1 the problem is probably with the umd disk reader if you have a warranty you can send it back to your store and they can fix it for you otherwise you can look for someone on craigslist, kijiji etc. or go to a nearby flea market and there should be someone that can fix it for you,

@red4ever3 well you can send it sony but only if you have a warrenty otherwise they won't except it. but u can still find a store at a flea market or if u search online that will fix it fro u. just make sure you don't send it to anybody online as it cud be a scam

Can you reboot your psp by software? Cause when I turn on my psp it doesn't let me press any buttons but when I put it in recovery mode i can move around. Ive been told its cause a friend of mine change my hack from 5.00m33 to Gen and now it wont let me move unless its in recovery mode..

some1 plz answer.i selling my psp go but i have it signed into my account as the same1 as i do with my ps3.and i need to restore or something, to get it to factory settings but i dont want to delete my account cause i might lose all my ps3 trophies. and i have over 400 trophies, can some1 plz tell me wat to do so i dont have to lose my trophies and my money on my account

@wildhare1278 u shud just go ahead and reset ur ps3 but remember ur online account and the password because the trophies r saved onto there u can also back up ur ps3 on a harddrive
