u do realize that you do not want to polish your intake manifold right? the roughness of the manifold helps with the air fuel mixture \. if you were to polish only the throttle body you would be fine.

Well you go to remember that it was the first time it had turned on after a lot of modifications. There are a lot of factors on this car that had to be tuned especially the cam. Also the exhaust of this car consisted of only a manifold and downpipe.

sick dude my bro has a MK2 jetta with a 2.0 ABA block with the 1.8 head. It has a 260 cam and the head is port n polished. The car has the original close gear tranny that came with it. We've smoked a v8 mustang before it accelarates very very fast but nice car man sounds beastly.
