  • Recorded with a potato.

  • hongcouver,japanada

  • did you film this with a zucchini?

  • dude your camera sucks and fuck all the honda haters! honda > any mother fuckin car! 4 bangers all day son.

  • I have a turbo RSX an the build quality is great

  • Powerpoint presentation?

  • Not only does the car suck, its the people that drive it that also suck.

  • Ok heres the truth.

Honda engines are very well built. I wont deny that.

The cars themselves are built like absolute ass. They rust out before the engine and what youre left with is a shell and a motor. As someone posted before. People put stickers saying VTEC DOHC all over the car for no reason. I dont understand why, considering its just saying whats under the hood. You dont see Camaros with V8 500WHP all over the fucking place. In other words. Fuck Honda. Buy a real car.

  • yall are gay civis is good

  • STOCK civics suck. and modded ones are just gay

  • Vrooooooooooommmmm!! I beat the fucking crap out of a 4 cyclinder shit bucket any night. Do it all the time.

Oh and don't try to sell me with that V-tec shit. It doesn't work. It sucks. Just because they put "V-Tec dohc" doesn't mean it's fast.

  • @TheJedimaster6788 but its still faster then a regular 16v 4 cilinder you stupid idiot lol :P

  • not by much. Where's a vtec sticker? I need it to go faster! :P

  • Buying a civic and complaining that its cheap is like expecting fine dining at a fast food restaurant. Thanks for the slideshow though, was this filmed with a calculator? hahahaha

  • Honda is such a tragedy!

  • Honda is such a tradegy!

  • Those new civics are not assembled in Japan, thats why

  • i drive a honda civic lx coupe 2008 and i can tell you that is a nice piece of equipment bad luck here when they put together this one but this are good quality and long lasting cars not even close to the American quality that i hate to tell you sucks and you can see it on the road more hondas . toyotas nissans volks mercedes you name it only a few cadillacs chevys fords you got to love the japanese cars and german car they have awesome technology and you can see those cars running after years

  • just like that and you are saying honda sucks , that doesn't make sense

i have seen nissan like that too , but does that mean they suck too ?

out of topic : get a new phone or camera

  • I have had a 93 Accord that still ran like new, and now I drive a 2000 Honda Prelude SH. Hondas are soo far from shit , that this video is quite funny.

  • I have a honda accord that is over 20 years old with 450 000 kms on it........

  • @MattEnterprise Use miles jackass

  • @xcrazywhiteboyx73 in Canada we use Kilometres ehhhhhhhh

  • Everything Honda, except their MX bikes are absolute shit.

  • i dont get why you would buy the car without checking for defects... did it ever occur to you WHY it was the last civic?

  • Honduhs are piles of shit.

  • @dougdangger not my mom's '04 civic hatchback, it's forever a good car.

  • hondas sucks your right

  • nice stopmotion

  • Honda, Nissan, Toyota, and Hyundai Genesis coupe for sure rule over everything, at least in my opinion. everyone has their own opinion. i hate all these videos talkin shit about Honda or Toyota. my moms 04 civic hatchback works way better than that rental 2010 cobalt, the cobalt had low miles my moms car had over 100k on it and worked better than that ugly ass cobalt, i'm speaking the truth, it really did.

  • My 74 Ford truck outlasted my 2000 Honda accord. The car quit after 2 years and I tuned it and changed the fluids regularly on time. and took great care of it. My truck originally bought new by me in 75' did not start having problems until it was 17 or 20 years old. but it was still reliable. in the last 10 years I have ABUSED the living shit out of it. It hasn't had a tune up in YEARS not months like you think YEARS and it still starts in hot or cold all year long no probs. my honda don't.

  • @firealarm719 and my truck has over 700,000 miles on it. maybe more, and Ive pulled 36,000 pounds overweight loads with it. and Ive had that thing so loaded down that I can start to hear it groaning. and I work the shit out of that beast EVERY SINGLE DAY. people ask me all the time How does that fucking truck keep going and showing up to work EVERY SINGLE DAY HOT OR COLD. and still going threw the hell everyday. I didn't work my honda I drove it to stores and normal everyday driving. Honda sucks

  • @14omega28ok actually, honda can make that much but people just like to talk shit about it, my mom has an '04 civic hatchback with over 110,000 miles on it, plus i like honda much more than ford or chevy, don't judge my opinions smartass, Honda fuckin rocks, the chevy we had rented which was a 2010 had problems it was a cobalt and it sucked, even if it had 4 doors and our civic had 2 doors, i prefer the civic to be the family car, the american trucks are better than the foreign, don't judge me.

  • @firealarm719 your stupid

  • @fox172005 excuss me, is this any of you're buissness? i think i see who's stupid here, and that's you.

  • @fox172005 and what have i said to you that offended you, nothing? so you have no reason calling me stupid cause honda's my car preferance, you can't blame me for hating american made cars, i'm human i have my own choices and so do you.

  • @14omega28ok as long as it works, it's good, you'd go threw even more hell with a chevy, trust me.

  • @firealarm719 The hondas I had sucked. They rattled and rung and just didn't run good and My cousins always saying look how cool my car is it can't touch your car. and it sounds like ping pong balls in a tin can. I just hate how people say they are the fastest cars ever and that there so much better then what I always have. Sorry for the language and Sorry for Judging you on your opinion all cars have there ups and downs . Like my Ford gets like 10 mpg and my other car gets 32 mpg. So sorry

  • @14omega28ok i understand, some honda's, some ford's, some chevy's, ect. have some vehicles with problems, i'm so sorry for remarks i made.

  • NICE SLIDESHOW.

  • @GarrettKeetley Since you seem to know so much out a simplistic AK47 what round does it fire, how much does it weigh, and what does the AK-47 stand for? FYI ak's are popular for their durability and ability to fire well even when dirtied up with sand and such,BUT there charging hammer is big and heavy making it inaccurate they do not work underwater either. I'm not an ak fan i personally like H&K becuase they have nice reliable gun at a good price and can be waterproofed.

  • i dont know if Honda in US r bad,but in EU Honda r very good...i have the new honda civic and in 2 years no one problem,no one,and i use the car every day.....maybe im lucky, maybe in EU honda r better...i dont know

in Europe there are more deutsche car with many problem..(MANY!!!),but i dont say BMW,audi,VW r crap....respect for everybody who respect me and hate for everybody who hate me

  • Yeah go buy a Ford Fagot

  • im gunna lay down the facts, honda is rated as the #1 most reliable car in the world, they dominate air, land, and sea. you unfortunately got unlucky with this one and somehow, you got a defective model. My family has had hondas our whole life and not once have we ever had a single problem with any of them.

  • @macbookusrkid Yeah your right this guy probably got a lemon

  • @macbookusrkid yeah ok, hondas the most reliable........

    but thats it bud ;)

as far as looks, preformance, desighn they're average to below average.

its easy to make somthing reliable. The Ak47 is legendary for reliability....

but at cost its lousy in accuracy, rate of fire, recoil and ergonomics............

by the way, The ak47 is a copy of the German Stg-44.......

just as is many hondas are coppies of awsome german cars...

    funny.....................

  • @Howie262

Hell as far as reliability is concerned I'd take a Mercedes over a Honda any day. I've had Mercedes last for 350,000+ miles without any problems. Longer than Hondas can last without falling apart.

  • honda´s are ranked as the most reliable car on planet earth....every respectable published report supports this. The reputation was earned over 35 yrs. You can say what you want but at the end of the day the descerning buyer will do his research. And for your info, BMW 3 and Mercedes BOTH have poor reliability reports. At least the BMW owners accept the truth (check out their web site) but the mercedes owners refuse to accept the obvious.

  • @civicnation4two

Our Mercedes 300D had 444,000 miles on it before we finally sold it for 3 grand. Honda's last 250,000 miles, maybe. Still good for a car in the Civic's price range, but can't hold a candle to German Ingenuity.

  • You cant compare DIESEL engines with gasoline engines....and the remarkable thing about Hondas is they have high mileage clubs where cars exceed even 444k as you listed - a gasoline engine going toe to toe with a diesel. THATs what Im talkin´ ´bout!

  • @civicnation4two

Do enough to a car and it can last forever. People have gotten old beater Chevy trucks to last over a million and a half miles. We didn't have to fix anything for entire time that we'd owned the car. Everything from the engine, transmission, exhaust... Nothing required any maintenance in those hundreds of thousands of miles, and the person we sold it to 5 years ago is still driving it to this day. Don't tell me a Civic can do that without required tons of maintenance.

  • well, be careful about the 1 million mile club american cars....the last fellow who claimed that admited later that his entire truck was a mishmash of replacement parts with life time warranties and that his engine was a rebuilt. those dont count in my book but im sure there are american trucks that last since GM themselves admitted that they deliberately allowed their cars to suffer quality problems while they favoured trucks. i dont need a truck in the city.

  • @civicnation4two Yeah judging by your name "civicnation" im shure you've owned a bmw or mercedes. You're abviously too poor to afford anything other than fart-pipers and rice-burners.

Talk to us when you own a German car, beacuase i have a mercedes Sel with 288, 660 miles on it. it was my grandpas, i only spend money on gas, oil and some treatments every once in a while...

stop filling up youtube with bull shit, German cars last just as long and dont look like/ sound like shit.

  • i never understood some peoples rationale on judging others net worth over the choice of car. i wear beat up and scuffed runners when im not at work....my shirts have worn colours with cured collars, my credit cards are not GOLD but the 10% low interest cards....i have no debt, my condo is paid, my car is paid and my money goes straight into a retirement fund and share options......all this at the age of 38.

i bought honda because im planning on retiring before i hit 50.

  • My dms shits on hondas all day

  • When I was growing up (early 90's), Toyotas were the most reliable cars on the road. Looks like Toyota has really lost that reputation too.

Honestly, Ford makes halfway decent cars now. Same way with Chevrolet. I'd buy a truck from Chevrolet. Probably not their cars unless it was like a Corvette or a Camaro or something I would only drive on the weekends.

  • you know whose cars are good? volkswagen.

  • explain why it sucks again?

  • why did u get the fukin car why did u buy it? my mom has same car its great

  • mierda de carros era el carro de mis suenos y alos 28000 millas la trasmision se descomposo socks.....

  • My friend says this is his dream car. I told him it sucks but he said the SI version is for racing.

  • @hotcheezynachos--I've driven an Si. All I can say is I am glad I did not buy one. I found out I was getting smoked by some damn Mini Cooper when I test drove one. Even though it was an '07 model, it sucked as much as the 20-year-old Civic I have to put up with on a daily basis. Hondas definitely have potential IMO, but I would not really recommend one to anybody. Then again, it is not my kind of vehicle.

  • @hotcheezynachos - No Civic is for racing. It's an economy car. All the SI means is that it's a little sportier than the average Civic. If you want a Honda for racing, you have to get the S2000 or the NSX.

  • I agree with you. I have to drive a Honda, and I can sure tell you they suck ass (only the cars.)

  • Hondas are reliable but they drive like crap and are very uncomfortable cars. They ride very harsh too IMO

  • @97I30T--I agree. They are definitely built to last, and don't cost much to maintain. However, performance wise Hondas (just the cars) don't cut it for me. I drove a recent Si model a few years ago, and the performance was as crappy as the 20 year-old P.O.S. one I have to endure. Just to say that it's uncomfortable, drives like crap, and rides very harsh is an understatement.

  • @Interests2009 my mom has a 2003 Element, we have never had a problem with it but it is so damn clunky and rough. it takes all the fun out of driving, plus it looks gay lol and that 4 cylinder is hilariously underpowered

  • @97I30T--Oh, I never said I had a (mechanical) problem with the one I drive. It's 20 years old, and it was practically given to me. Both of my parents drive them. My reason for disliking Honda (only the vehicles) is just a thing of preference. Honda vehicles just don't cut it for me. Just to say the Civic is underpowered is an understatement. I can't wait until I don't have to drive it any longer.

  • @97I30T - They aren't even reliable. The one I had had lots of problems. Ate brake pads. Distributor cap cracked. Transmission was a pile of junk (mine had the automatic). Muffler rusted off on me twice until I welded it back on myself (the shop's welder was incompetent). The hood latch fucked up on a regular basis until I just tore it all out and used hood pins instead.

  • I don't need a video to tell me that Honda sucks, I can see how their crap cars fall apart on the road every day.

  • @CAREXPERT69 I AGREE SOOOOO MUCH :D

  • The only thing I hate about Hondas are their SRS/airbag system. Called Honda USA and they gave me some bullshit about the extended warranty. My next car won't be a Honda.

  • @66SiK--I can easily relate. I can't wait until I don't have to drive one anymore.

  • hondas are awesome! your camera sucks!

  • get a new camera too

  • Honda does suck. Their bikes are good, but their cars are terrible.

  • yup you got that right my dad has a honda bike and it is good but nobody buys honda vehicles

  • @ZachMitch1994 I agree honda bikes are good but its there cars that are not worth shit

  • @Kevin3935 no bud.

  • @GSRGOPEDRIDER247 Yes bud, Honda's are weak.

  • @Kevin3935 then explain to me why honda sucks.

  • Comment removed

  • hey this is exactly why you TEST drive and CHECK everything in the vehicle before you bring it home, not after you bring it home

  • i had a honda, and i would never buy another one. mechanicaly the car was a good car. but everything else. watch out. the hood started to rust from the inside out in the first two years of its life. interior pieces falling off like their was no tommorrow. etc....

  • What would you buy?

  • @Rata4You i have a ford ranger now.

  • Engine misfire: Hesitation or surging when accelerating is caused by a faulty mass airflow sensor. (1998-99)

Audio system: The in-tank fuel pump causes a whining or buzzing noise to come through the radio speakers.

Air conditioner: The air-conditioner hose may rub against the radiator hose and one, or both, develop leaks

Engine misfire: The truck may feel like it is thumping or jerking under acceleration due to a problem with the driveshaft requiring replacement.

  • Oil leak: Oil leaks from the front axle vent unless an improved cover kit was installed.

Transmission problems: Transmission flare when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear is due to shift solenoid malfunction.

Vehicle noise: A hammering noise occurs due to steam forming in the cooling system requiring a coolant-bypass retrofit kit.

Battery: The battery tray may have burrs that cut into the battery causing it to leak and eventually fail.

    ....I´m just sayin

  • @Rata4You no none of that.truck has 75,000 miles on it and runs like it is brand new.

  • I dont think you understood my point. You complained of seeing rust on your hood, and that most of your interior fell apart inside your old Honda. My 1991 Honda has no such problems, no rust, collapsing interior....NOTHING. Honda´s have a superior quality than American cars, but nevertheless, sometimes buying cars is a lottery, you might be getting a piece of crap...maybe they built the car on a Friday and were rushing. But Ford has many angry customers w defects I listed. U think they r happy?

  • @Rata4You it wasnt rust on my hood it was inside the hood. You should really buy a new honda with rear brakes that wear out in 10,000 miles. and the cheap interior. the interior looks nice but it isnt., i had an 04.engine and tranny were good but the body parts were junk.

  • Dude, I´m not playing you. I own a 1991 Honda, and I own a 2008 Honda (hence why my profile has an ´08 Honda pic). My ´08 has 41k KMS....I get it serviced every time the car tells me to. I owned it since March of 2008. It currently has 45% rear brake life left, w 50% front brakes left. The difference is on account of the rear brakes being drum brakes....front is disc on the dxg models. I have another 2 years of brake life to go...2 down, 2 to go, dude.

  • @Rata4You well my step dads08 element went through two sets of rear brake pads in 30,000 and my mothers 07 honda civic had the sun visor fall apart 3 times. im waiting for the rear swing arm to snap and either lead to an accident or leave her stranded.

  • 10,000 miles of brake life? Thats like having to go for new brakes every 11 months. How is that even possible? Honda earned its reputation when it first brought its civics to North America. The cars all started to rust. They repaired every last one of them and that was when they earned their reputation. They never fight over shit like that...they didnt even have to repair any of those cars but did anyway. Thats why they are so successful.

  • @Rata4You, they still rust to this day. they are made out of beer and soda cans., LMAO!

  • I once owned a 1988 Suzuki Forsa....it was a 2 door hatchback. Back then, I was told that the dealership discovered the faint imprint of the Coca Cola logo on another customers car. Dude, that´s been said for at least 20 years or even longer. I dunno if its true or urban myth but i suspect the latter. You´ll hear that rumour 20 yrs from now when we climb into our teleporters becauses, as always, Hondas teleportation system is made from pop cans too. lOL

  • @Rata4You true, truce

  • Don't drive with your parking brake on!

  • thats why you buy a gm product.

  • ROFL, why would you buy something that's like 10 times worse?

  • Seriously, dude, that was a dumb thing to say. The GM is even quoted as saying this much: "we acknowledge we have disappointed you. At times we violated your trust by letting our quality fall below industry standards and our designs become lackluster." TRANSLATION: You bought a piece of shit that is unreliable, and not only that, we built a gay looking car (lackluster design). Dude, even when the president of GM tells you that you own a piece of shit, you´re gonna call him a liar???

  • "Tragic"? Tragic is a word you would use to describe the loss of 4 soldiers yesterday in Afghanistan. It is inappropriate use of that word to describe faults in your vehicle due to lack of glue.

Tragic: Great grief or suffering especially involving death.

I know you sound like an immigrant and perhaps dont understand the nuiances of certain words, but consider this as another lesson.

  • Way to overreact at the use of a word.... Get off your damn period...

  • Honda civics are the best cars out on the market.

  • Buy a VW

  • VWs are junk.

  • Yeah so they have.had some electrical problems. Its been fixed. Better than balljoints breaking on hondas google that one.

  • My GF had a Jetta VR6, it ruined a few things we had planned after costing over $1,500 in repairs in 3 months, and that was with my free labor. The problems were a lot more than electrical.

There are 5 Hondas in my GF's family and my family, none of them have ever required anything other than normal maintenance. One had over 312,000 miles on it before it was sold.

The ball joint problem was actually pretty rare, it was just a serious problem that got the attention any serious problem would.

  • Well yeah Bro the VR6 is the least Reliable engine VW makes its their problem child.. It takes alot of maintenance I would know its what I drive one. But their 2.0 Slow and 1.8Turbo motors are Reliable and their Diesel motors. They really had a bad run with electrical problems mainly 99'-04' But the new ones are claimed to have none only time will tell.

  • that door body seal doesnt have glue, if you just pull on it, it stretches and will fill in that gap in the corner. it is press on. also your 1fps video sucks.

  • Oh do you see this the honda sign dont match OMG see this see this again a small windown. Who care Mr. China man if it drives WHO GIVES A FUCK BRO the car drives and gets you around. BLAME your family in JAPAN next time bro

  • lol china and japan is different countries

  • Dude Hondas Dont Suck..You Just Got A Lemon Srry It Happens..

  • its not bad its a good car

  • buy a american car or get the fuck out!!!!

  • i LOLed at your ignorance! haha xD

  • LOLed = FAIL . so you.. laughed out louded... louded? YOU fail...

  • "loled" or "lol'd" is quite a popular term these days. I don't believe it constituted a fail at all.

  • "lol" is ok, but "lol'd" or "loled"... are you fucking kidding me? He even has the balls to say I LOLed at your ignorance..

  • hahahahahahaha!!! xD yea youre right i laughed at louded.. xD i LOLed at your comments! xD

  • I'm not trying to be condescending or mean, but where have you been for the past like 3 years? "lol'd" is a fairly frequent term and is used commonly on the internet.

  • stop arguing about lol and loled u sound like a huge fag because instead of watching the video u complain about something as stupid as lol or loled

  • Civics are for import enthusiasts, who crave High revs.

The Type R is the pinical of that affordable formula 1 racing feel.

The Type R engine is one of the most abuseable tuneable engines in the world.

You can bounce off the rev limiter like its cool, downshift like its going out of style and the engine asks for more.

    Need I say more?

BTW, the new Civics comming out have crappy interiors, and are too heavy!!!!

My 97 Coupe EX is a masterpeice compaired to the new stuff.

  • so stupid... it's called American Honda.. these are american cars. the engines are even tuned down on the k20z3 because it makes too much horsepower for american restrictions.

  • doubt it. if its tuned down then american engines have to be tuned down as well.. don't kid yourself our engines are built with more restrictions than you will ever know. i doubt a 1.6L is putting out like 340 hp.

  • The American B16 engine makes 160hp

The Japanese B16 engine makes 185hp

The American B18 engine makes 180hp

The Japanese B18 engine makes 205hp

The difference is found in higher compression and a higher red line in the Japanese engine.

A basic Chevy 350cuin will make 340hp big torque and low revs.

In order to get 340hp out of a B16 you need boost.

  • that pretty much my point... the low end american engines are better.. where as to achieve that high end power the imported engines need as you said a higher redline... boring out an engine can increase said redline giving it more horsepower. american engines are also built with couplings and such known as govenors or "restriction plates" in both old and new.. these simple lackings in hp can easily be overturned in an american engine therefore imo american > import

  • Why would you ever expect a 1.6L engine to make 340hp all motor anyway?

It is very true that the Domestic manufacturers have restricted the performance of their cars on purpose for years, and or rate the cHP as the wHP to show lower numbers for insurance/ reasons.

But lets not make the false assumption that these Type R engines are maxed out from the factory. Oh they are up there but with basic bolt ons the Legendary B18C Type R enigne can be improved 205cHP stock to 230cHP light mods.

  • i don't expect a 1.6 to make such pointless hp but in all seriousness why the fuck would people brag or boast about how powerfully lame their 4 bangers are? i'd take a nissan v6 over any honda engine and i would take an all american v8 over any import engine.

  • The reason the Honda enthusiast may brag about his engine's Hp is because it is worthy of bragging about. My other car is a Nissan Maxima. I would never want that engine in my Civic. Its a different animal all together. What is your definition of lame, a 1.8L Type R race engine with bolt ons making 230chp? How about add (HONDATA) piggyback cpu fully programable with wide band O2 and Windows XP get 250chp from a 1.8L.

    Comperable performance to a 302

And that is just the beginning......

  • Boring an engine out does absolutely nothing to the redline of an engine. The main things that restrict engine rpm are the valvetrain and piston speeds. With the valvetrain the reciprocating parts need to be light enough to prevent valve float. Piston speed is related to the stroke of an engine, the longer the stroke the more distance the piston has to cover during each revolution. Piston speeds that are too high will over stress components and cause excessive friction, max is around 25-30 m/s.

  • American engines were never built with any restrictions other than emissions. What caused engine power output to plummet in the 70s were problems with engine efficiency. Most American engines couldn't burn all of the fuel in the cylinder and because they couldn't make good use of the fuel they lacked power. They were so inefficient that they required an air pump to pump air into the exhaust to burn off the unburned fuel.

So they wasted engine power to burn fuel that the engine was wasting!

  • Also ENDYN has a naturally aspirated B20 (2 liter) that makes 318 hp on pump gas, with full emissions controls. Not quite 340, but more than enough to put the hurt on some seriously fast machines.

  • Is that aftermarket?

  • The ENDYN B20?

  • Yeah, is it aftermarket? For example: Like how GM makes their crate motors.

Do they make this like a crate motor or smoehting? I'm not really into Honda/Acura.

More American stuff. But I CAN appreciate a well built Japanese car.

Even though I wasn't so leinient with them earlier in my life. lol

  • ENDYN builds custom engines, so if you wanted a 300+ hp B20 they would build it for you. I think the K-series engines they are working on will be even more powerful (based on the insane VE numbers they're getting) but they haven't released hp numbers for them yet.

  • Hmmmm and I take that this all N/A right?

If so, not bad but I'd take my LS1 anyday haha.

  • Yup NA, some of the best performing engines in the world, if not the best.

Google "hot rod 1989 Honda Civic Si"

Click the first link for more info.

  • Oh, I wouldn't say the y are the best. I can easily squeeze 400whp out of my LS1, I just don't have the time and money to do it right now.

But yeah, pretty good deal. espec since its a N/A 4 cly making 300 hp.

  • Even then, I could make even more than 450whp easy. Sorry for the correction.

  • You would have to make at least that to match the power to weight ratio of a Civic with 300 whp, which is about what a K24 frankenstein can easily make (there's one in my videos). The ENDYN B20 is one of the best performing engines in the world. It weighs less than half of what your LS1 weighs, it has much higher VE and BMEP than even a Pro Stock drag engine, which were considered to be the best performing engines in the world for a while. It's a beast!

  • Okay, let me ask this. How much does that motor cost?

I can do some good ass mods to my LS1 for a great price. Thing is with my car, I wouldn't need to swap out my motor, which is one thing I like this whole situation. You know?

Don't get me wrong, working on your car IS not a bad thing :p

  • I have no clue about the B20 (probably a small fortune) but a K24 frankenstein like the one in my videos can be built for around 6 grand.

  • 6 grand. I can get an H/C/I w/ an agressive cam for around $2000-$2500. Make around 425-450 rwhp. then I'd have at least another 4 grand to spend on whatever I want.

Again, engine swapping is kinda a pain.

What do K24's run? 1/4 mile wise.

  • I kinda doubt it would be that cheap for a 500+ hp V8, but it would probably be less expensive than a K series build and swap.

Swaps are kinda fun if you know what you're doing. I did a ZC swap in a 91 Civic, it wasn't bad at all.

A well built K24 would probably be in the 11 second range, stock K20s can get a hatchback into the high 12 to low 13 second range.

  • Nah man, looked it up. It just depends on what you buy. Also depends on if you are doing it yourself or not. Labor costs can be a bitch. I mean cam swaps aren't too outrageous. My car already makes 319rwhp with just smooth bellows, spintech muffler, and a whisper air lid.

Anyway enough with the argument. Do you have a Civic hatch?

  • I own the hatch that I swapped the ZC into.

  • The Japanese B16 engine produces 170HP. [B16A]

The Type-R's engine [the B16B] produces 185HP. But that's a different car. Don't confuse things.

There are a lot of B16's and a lot of B18's....! so... many different HP's for each and every one!

  • You are correct, I am well aware of that but thanks for correcting my post.

  • Honda sivic is a great car but the Honda Civic Hybrid Sucks.

  • honda civics are the most overrated cars ever, stupid idiots rice them when they only got like 90 hp

  • hahahaha lol totaly agree with u know this gut his utube acount is joescivic god he pisses me off

  • @NateDawg111 9o hp is actually allot for a civic! my Buddie's CRX pushes a whopping 60 horse!

  • I HATE Honda more than any other car.

  • I love the Honda Odyssey the best of honda cars, but its just the Civic Hybrid that I hate the most of Honda cars.

  • Honda Civic sucks ! I agree ! I hate that piece'o shit !

  • Is it the Back seat legroom that you hate about the civic, well me too.

  • U.S CARS R WAY BETTER THAN HONDAS idk why people call them cars

  • une seul choose a dire ses po la civic ki suce mes le gars film

  • problem is honda's are being made in america now and the quality has gone down lately.

  • O ya...blame America for japan's mistakes -_-
