I would burn between 500-600 on the your shape program per day, and that was in half an hour. I have done several one hour wourkouts on this same program, and burned nearly 1,200 calories in one day.
I lost about 2.5lbs. Per week doing the wii fit excersizes, which is the healthiest way possible. My mom weighed 220 when she started this, and she has been steady losing about 4lbs. Per week. So it all depends on the individual.
i have commented on one of ur videos, but one more quiestion. How many calorise do u burn a day. And whats a estmate on how much u can lose in one week of this program.???? Please and thank u
I started this program 8 months ago, and as of today I have lost a total of 50lbs so I would consider those good results. My mom has also lost 30lbs. from this program as well, it is best if you have a friend to do this with to compete and make it fun.
It took me 7 months to lose the weight, so anything is possible.
