I live in Vancouver. I have never been so ashamed in my entire life. If you were in the city the day after it happened, an air of sadness is felt through everyone. Vancouver doesn't constitute this entire lower mainland. This is downtown. Those who live and work downtown would never destroy their own environment. We work too much to pay for the amount of rent and type of surroundings we do. The people who came from out of town, 20 to an hour drive to get downtown to cause this chaos.
