4-You harvest what you sow and if it's attention you're after, 'reverse psychology' might have en effect with the ones around oneself but no one else. Maybe try addressing 'the issues' with the ones around you in a neither aggressive nor passive aggressive but rather simplified manner with the ones causing the turmoil, it can only be a win-win situation for you, if the problem doesn't get resolved at least it's out of your system.
