He made them slip into his sleeves like a magician. He's a master gunslinger so it's rather plausible he can do that... Either that or he's 4-dimensional.
It's a joke. Since human beings can only see in three dimensions (width, length and depth), so if he was four dimensional, we wouldn't see where he was pulling his Walther P-99s from.
