In the English version, in the skits, there is NO voicing whatsoever. This is just a homemade skit made with dialogue put over it. It's not a real skit in the game. The Japanese version of the game does have every skit with voices though, which is pretty awesome compared to our version. =.='

A lot of them have the same voice actors as Anime characters. The two red-headed characters were both voiced by Yuri Lowenthal, who does Sasuke's voice in the English dub version of Naruto.
