i have same unit 4 inch tube my bolts melt the tub in less than 30 min i have 16 plates split in to duel cell going to try running just wire thru and seal with marine goop

your cell is creating too much heat. try making some of those 16 plates neutrals. and also try and spread your power out to 4 bolts. 2 pos and 2 neg.
