You shouldn't be complaining about Juggernaut in this situation. You had stopping power, which would have canceled the effects of stopping power. Did you even consider that you may not have hit him in the neck or head? Plus, your shot went through the thick crate before the enemy. So even if it was a headshot, he would have survived.

Juggernaut balances out with Stopping Power, look at the game code, SP kills with one less bullet, and Juggernaut allows you to survive one more bullet. If both oppose each other, the perks cancels out (Even with the 33% Jugg and 25% SP bullcrap), thats how the game works. (In actual fact, SP has a better advantage over Juggernaut) Basically, if you call Juggernaut noob, then you're a noob yourself for using stopping power

Sure, you have to aim with a weapon, but AR's are used close-medium range, snipers are supposed to be used at long-ranges. Sometimes Il use Jugg now and then and il sometimes use Stoping power. I don't see much difference killing a Juggernaut player or If im using jugg a Stoping power player. Stoping power increases the bullet dammage by 1 and jugg decreases the bullet dammage by 1 they cancle eachother out. Lets say you had slight of hand, UAV jammer ect... It would take the same amount of hits to kill somebody if they had juggernaut and you had stoping power.
