Personally, I really dont like the Clone Wars cartoons, even the new ones, but especially the old ones.

1. The clone fatality rate was so high that in the cartoons the clone army of only 3 Million would be been gone with a few months.

2. The clones are supposed to be smart, and well-able to fight better than droids, not stand there and shoot.

3. Since this is for kids, and cloning tech is at hand, it makes them think its okay to use clones as cannon fodder.

RCs were trained by 75 Mandos and 25 others handpicked by Jango Fett. They were trained to operate in groups of four and each member generally specialized in something (sniping, slicing, medical treatment, etc.) ARCs were trained by Jango Fett himself to command troops or work on solitary missions, so they specialized in everything. This is why TYPICALLY, 1 ARC equalled 4 RCs. Other than that ARCs were vaued more because they commanded others troops, though RCs MIGHT have too, I can't be sure.

I read way to often about the 'betrayal' of the clones to their Jedi generals. It's not betrayal when they are just following orders. CLonetroopers were indoctrinated in following orders and extreem loyalty towards the Republic and the Supreme Chancellor. Following orders without question was for them routine. So if one of these orders specifically says that the Jedi commanders are traitors to the Republic, it's not that hard to pull the trigger. The main thought is that indoctrination is wrong.
