I love my 2002 S2000. I purchased this car Honda Certified and it runs out beautifully! Moreover, the car handles like its on rails, and its 6000rpm vtec engagement is similar to flooring it on a motorcycle! LOVE THIS CAR!

My brother had an S2000.. The thing stays glued to the road. The stearing is extremely tight as is the whole car. It feels like it was carved out of a single piece of metal. It has the best gear box of ANY car. Short precise throws, great clutch. It placed 2nd behind the Porche Boxter in R&T shootout (I think it was R&T) It beat the 350Z the BMW Z4 and everything else oh and the engine note at high revs sounds like a little formula 1. It's a world clsss sports car for sure.

I think you should rename the title to cruise drive. I always looked at an avenue where I could see myself behind the wheel of these cars. Though I like to know stats, sometimes what you don't need is someone talking about horsepower and transaxles in an exasperating manner. Real drive in the real world. Big up.

Because Honda has pretty much maxxed out the S2000 right out of the box. It's a VERY tricky car to tune, and bolt ons are literally NO HELP.

actually, easiest starter mod is to change the dual exhaust to a titanium single.. less weight and more power from single. up to 20 hp @ crank!

Polaroid: Are you sure that putting on a lighter exhaust and a single exhaust versus a dual exhaust is going to give you 20HP? Maybe 5-6. Where did you get your numbers from? Most people insist that bolt-ons just don't work for the S2000??

I thought they killed the Type V four or five years ago, quite a handful to control at limit. What's the purpose of the vario gear steering anyway? Is it suppose to improve performance.
