You have to realize that I've been at this for a long time (almost a decade), and a lot of the knowledge I've come upon has been through lots and lots of painful trial and error ... If you don't debate quitting music forever at least once when you're just getting started, you're probably not doing it right. ;) It's a long and arduous journey that never ends, and never stops being worth it.

Oh one last question! How did you make this anyway? Cause i've been trying to make a song for Princess Luna, i wrote the lyrics on my computer and i have the rhythm,it's in my videos it's called La Vibora by Banda Limon..i want to use that rhythm but i have no idea where to start! I been using audacity and made my own Nazi Zombie soundscape..but other than that I don't know what to do! I would really appreciate it if you could give me some pointers! Kee

@laser000111 Oh man, well there isn't one really concrete way to go about making music. I would say the best way to start is by researching different DAW's (short for Digital Audio Workstation), and trying to see what seems the most intuitive. I've been using Cakewalk products for years, so I use Sonar to put everything together. After the DAW it still boils down to personal taste, in terms of synths, samples, editors, etc. etc.

@laser000111 Getting specific though. I used my Alesis SR-16 for the percussion, with the Cakewalk TTS library for the brass, piano, and synth toms. I used Genesis (a great, free VST), with a high-pass filter for the FM-styled bass, along with FM7 for the saw synth stabs, and some of the higher 'twinkly' synth bits. Tweaking the vocals was done in Melodyne studio. I hope this helps. :)
