Eliot is Genfu's apprentice right after DOA 3 tournament, Gen fu won the tourney to get enough money to pay for Meili's operation for I forget what condition but he lost the tournament, Eliot gave all his money to help and obviously it helped, Gen fu was impressed with his prowess and took him in as his student, since then Meili treated Eliot like her big brother.
