@STFUbelgium a good growing medium is a mixture of quartz sand (grain size 2 - 4mm), cocos-mold, pine bark (0 - 7mm) and seramis equal in all portions. when watering (i do twice a week), do it generously, but take absolutely care of making the water flow away! avoid stagnating moisture at all costs! place the plant into full sun and choose BIG pots. never fertilize and use only distilled water or clean rainwater. sounds complicated? naah, if once ye got it out, Roridula can be a easy grower. ;-)
they are a bit harder than Drosera, need very careful watering and dry air in winter. High humidity is a killer.
