You, Sir, are awesome! I've gone from not knowing anything about programming, to already on my way to making a very basic App, in three days. (lots of practives, notes and debugging, but these videos have helped so much!).
Please, make more and more!! I'll support you as much as I can as a YouTube viewer!
hi first i would like to say you Tutorials are amazing keep up the great work and i would love to donate if i can some how no for a question i have just finished iphone development tutorial 16 and all works great but when i click the button to show the alert it just dus the same as the cancel button wear did i go wrong please ?
Wow! I built and run the app with no errors but no freaking alert would show. After really reading through the code it proved to be my failure in using a capitol "I" in "willDismissWithButton(I)ndex". Not the type of error you´d expect fubar your app... :P

@allmasteraa if you havent fixed it yet, try saving code, relinking the button after you take out the parameter and then save the interface builder. worked for mine
@rmontero67 Instead of deleting folders, in the iPhone simulator you can simply click iPhone Simulator > Reset Content & Settings. This will effectively clear your simulated iPhone & give you a fresh install.
@thenewboston Brilliant tutorials. Is there anywhere I can donate?
@allmasteraa I reconnected the button connection from "Touch Up Inside" because it had a colon after "buttonPressed" under File's Owner. When reconnected in the interface builder it worked.
@Josie IBAction is used to link a method with a button or something similar in the Interface builder. declairing Void just means that the method will return no argument on its return.

IF THE APP CRASHES INSTEAD OF SHOWING THE ACTION SHEET:
Go to interface builder.
ctrl+drag file owner to button.
click on button
under "connections" in the inspector, get rid of "touch up inside" (click the x)
then re-link by dragging the dot onto the button.
save xib and build. Should now work :-)

i made it work but, instead of
-(void)actionSheet...willDismissWithButtonIndex:(NSInteger)buttonIndex...
I used
-(void)actionSheet...clickedButtonAtIndex:(NSInteger)buttonIndex...
Great tutorials here ;)
