4.Headshots are indeed lethal,but that doesnt apply only to sniper rifles and bigass revolvers.It applies to any gun.

5.Medics heal you,yes,but not with some odd Ghostbusters-gun-thingy-idk.

Also,i have to say that the sniper rifle has the bolt handle on the left side,which is indeed realistic.
