You should be able to report people who abuse MW2, such as ACR and UMP users! Maybe cheese by reporting campers and rushers as well? The only way to not get reported should be if you're using the F2000 or MP5K! Haha!
They should've taken all back all the XP that the guy who leaved had earned in the time of the game (including lvl ups and challenges) like resetting them to the point they were before the match
They should put the option blametruth sayd but xJawz you sayd there is this dissadvantage but they should return the autoassign sistem from call of duty 2 it was a bit annoying but it was helpfull and it did stabilase the game but they should allso make an engine reconstruct that will compare players on theyr playercard - gamecard so they could make more balanced teams. There is a lot of ideas that I have that could improove the games but noone will listen to the comunity because they are greedy

@georgeteggeris check your NAT type. 90% of the time that is the reason for a person's connection time/failure. if that isnt it, then it might be your internet connection/router/cord connecting xbox to router. if its wireless then just NAT type or router

Its unfair to penalise someone who quits early what if they have to go out somewhere, or what if their power cuts out or what if their internet goes off. On Halo 3 they de-rank, but I think in Black ops they should take COD points off them.
Yea they won't fix black ops because the retards don't realize what is causing the problems. For example the reason black ops is so laggy is due to the friend sharing bar t the bottom of the screen. So basically the more friends you have the more you lag. I created a new account and guess what no lag. I did not add any friends on it so there is the problem.

i think host sould be picked based on player review,connection,and unfinished to finished game ratio so if u dont leave any games u have a really high chance to be host and be allowed to have no lag u may think this is a lil stupid but they need somthin maybe a xp bounus if u stay at least in half of ur games u get like a 5% xp bonus and if at least 75% stay u get like a 8% xp boost

what i say is if people leave because there losing or they joined the end and left you take away what they never earned playing the game and most of the time people leave because they are doing bad so i say if they join and do bad right at the end they get and lose nothing but if you i guess rage quit you lose all you earned the match and gain nothing

If treyarch makes an update with a punishment for quitting, I will seriously go to their studios and fucking bomb it. One of the many reasons halo sucks so bad is that bungie doesn't give a shit about fixing problems, they just put it off and ban people for exploiting things that they put in the game. CoD is a game where if you are doing badly you should be able to quit because of the ammount of frustration it causes.
One huge problem is that if like treyarch updated black ops and gave punishments to leavers, I think that people that get disconnected from the game or xbox live will also get punished.. and that would suck
The MW2 way is the best, a temporary suspension is unfair because some people might have a little time to play a lot and have to leave a lot and might not quite have the money to get another game or really really like one certain game. So all in all your idea is horrible, if your idea would be taken into consideration you could screw up the game play so bad for many people, its a piece of shit idea.

If you quit early all your deaths count towards your kd/r but your kill's dont. SO say you go 10-10 and quit early, your score will be reflected at 0-10 :)

Actually I dont really see the point in changing the matchmaking system. I think it works very good. Even if many players leave the game, the system will fill the empty places up quite fast. And there are quite a few reasons to leave a game, i.e lags, way too many campers, friends coming online and inviting you to lobbies,.........so harsh punishments for early leaving are neither needed nor reasonable.
Penalties for leaving a running game should be dependent on the frequency a player quits. Quit a game or two per day? No penalty. Quit 5-6 games in a row? Block entrance to all lobbies for half an hour. Yes it's a game, but quit-happy players ruin it for those that can accept defeat and fight for their improvement. Quiting frequently is a sign of bad sportsmanship.

i think that if you leave a game you should derank them so if there lv 19 and leave a game the get sent back to lv 18 and get a loss .then if they leave so many games they should be put in the games that are all ready in session .
When they r given the chance to join in progress they should get 2 no's and the third makes then join. It should tell them map name and the score of the game that it is like would you like a join a tdm game on nuke town score is 3500 to 2900 you will be on loosing team. When players back out they should have no point recieved or credits but loose some depending on skill or lvl
Do not punish quitters everytime they leave early! Sometimes you have to leave in the middle of the game like if something comes up. Simply do not give them any xp or challenges they may have earned in the game that they prematurely left
They should make it that if you leave 2 or 3 games in a row, you have no choice but to stay in the next game. I never got mad for people leaving most of the time in COD6, because you have to deal with noobtubers, people spawn killing you, the opposite team all camping in their spawn, hackers, glitchers, loud mouths, and lag switchers.
I dont think you should be penalized too harshly what if you get penalized for leaving when you have to leave the console and go somewhere, then you would just have people leaving their games on and just let people shoot you while your away so the other team gets free points for killing you.
black ops now has the credit system, why not use that agianst them? if a player leaves a games charge them 200 credits or somthing.
or stop them gaining credits for 5 games, if someone has an awesome game and they don't get credits for it they are going to be pissed off. aren't they?
Join in progress is great for PC Games with servers but for console games with lobbies there is no need for it. Join in progress was simply put in the game to speed up the matchmaking times and to help a losing team with more players. But who wants to join a game for 10 seconds and take a loss because you were searching the play list. If that was the best game it could find for you I think they need to upgrade their system. I'm against Join in progress just grin and bear it if some people leave.
With Halo 3 in Ranked matches it would derank you if you backed out enough, in social it would do nothing.
Temporary suspension would be the best course of action, especially with it just being released. Get suspended one time and you're going to shit yourself until you can play again.
You could like make so you can't join games that have passed like 20% of the game cuase i don't get so pissed when i join a game under like 20% progress.
i personly dont want the leave game to have affects on money or xp in black ops, i think that they should just let us join in normal, but if we choose to leave we will not get anything out of it, lets say i join a normal tdm, i play for like 4 min, and i get a challange like 150 kills with mp5k, and say my team got 2700 pts and the others 5100, and a harrier, if i choose to leave game i will be given a loss and i will get no challange complete or xp, like ive never been there,except for the loss
Not only should you lose any type of match bonus, there should also be a temporary ban that progressively gets longer the more you quit. If you quit 5 times in 24 hours, you get banned for 5 minutes, 10 times, 10 minutes, 15 times, 15 minutes and so on. I think the ban would give these rage quitters some time to cool off. Also, if you quit to go do something, the ban won't affect you because you stopped playing.
deranking is a little too much. maybe like every 5 games u leave u should get ranked down 1 level or something like that. i think suspension from the game is a better solution

You are right about the halo reach leaving thing. you get banned for 10mins but the deal with halo is that the players DON'T get replaced so i think this is why bungie put the system in coz some games its 4 on 1 lol.... i think they could use a similar system to that but make it more strict so maybe leave only 5 games (i think on halo is like 10 or something i don't know) and u get banned for 20-30minutes would be a good enough reason for people to stay. I think it should follow the Halo Reach System of temporary suspension. I use to get so mad in Halo 3 because I always get deranked, not because I quit the game but because I had bad internet service at the time and just made me automatically became the host with every other player gone. That didn't even allow me to get over 20 of experience. I think the player that joins in a already started game should get a draw instead of a lost depending how much time or points are left in the game.

If there is a way suggest it Treyarch is a good company who actually patches there games from player requests alot. I know there was atleast 5-6 patches on WaW.

i think give gamers a choice of which team to join when they join a game. too many times ive joined a game of domination or tdm and id join the losing team, but theres only 3 peopl on both teams, or the other team is full of 6th and tenth prestige guys and the team i get has all level 20-30 no prestige guyts. it just pisses me off so much.

I don't think you should punish players for leaving early. Because for 1 who gives a rats ass chances are if they left your team either blows or their team does. And the system wouldn't be able to differ a legit reason ie going for supper from from rage quits. Though if they were to choose a way, do halo reaches way, don't make them lose xp they've earned or make them go down a rank, that's going too far. I like people joining matches mid games because I've never finished a match where everyone from the start was still there when it ended. In Reach they say you can get a temporary ban from quitting, but I've quit eight matches in one day and not been penalized.
Personally, I love Reach's penalty for leaving games. It's not like a single game is unbearably long or anything, so if it's an unbalanced team, just do what you can, finish the match and leave the lobby before the next game starts.
That being said, with Black Ops having a currency system, have a fiscal penalty for leaving games. Have it fairly low for a single left game, because everybody ragequits sometimes, but have it ramp up the more often you leave games.
This is the first time I have ever disliked a xjaws vid. I disagree totally, joining games in progress suck and we shuldnt be penalized for leaving. I play MLG and it pisses me off my other clanmates have epic w/l ratio's but i cant because i like to get nukes and stuff if i play FFA goin for a nuke and i die at 5+ kills, well obv. im not getting a nuke, so no reason not to leave, its not a big deal so long as you don't have host. I work hard to keep my w/l at 0.69 for obv. reasons though ;).

Deranking is too harsh. Sometimes when I play I just have to leave because somebody needs my help, I've forgotten something that needs to be done ASAP etc. If I get deranked because of that it's REALLY going to piss me. I'd prefer for it to just not give you any money, experience, kills or challenges before the game ends is much more fair. It makes me really not want to leave but I can still do it if I have to without losing the ranks I've spent a crapton of hours on getting in the first place.
@retardno123 Exactly, sometimes when I start getting lag from a crappy host, i D/C, just to save the XP and challenges i had earned so far. I think that a de-rank is way too extreme, especially when there is 14 prestiges. The system right now seems to work fine, IMHO.

i think host sould be picked based on player review,connection,and unfinished to finished game ratio so if u dont leave any games u have a really high chance to be host and be allowed to have no lag u may think this is a lil stupid but they need somthin maybe a xp bounus if u stay at least in half of ur games u get like a 5% xp bonus and if at least 75% stay u get like a 8% xp boost

I think if you're in a game from the beginning and you take a whooping just accept it and take it like a man.I always end up in games where the points deficit is huge & even if I go Rambo it won't change the outcome.Why should I take loads of losses through no fault of my own? If treyarch makes an update with a punishment for quitting, I will seriously go to their studios and fucking bomb it. One of the many reasons halo sucks so bad is that bungie doesn't give a shit about fixing problems, they just put it off and ban people for exploiting things that they put in the game. CoD is a game where if you are doing badly you should be able to quit because of the ammount of frustration it causes.

The MW2 way is the best, a temporary suspension is unfair because some people might have a little time to play a lot and have to leave a lot and might not quite have the money to get another game or really really like one certain game. So all in all your idea is horrible, if your idea would be taken into consideration you could screw up the game play so bad for many people, its a piece of shit idea.

If you quit early all your deaths count towards your kd/r but your kill's dont. SO say you go 10-10 and quit early, your score will be reflected at 0-10 :)

Actually I dont really see the point in changing the matchmaking system. I think it works very good. Even if many players leave the game, the system will fill the empty places up quite fast. And there are quite a few reasons to leave a game, i.e lags, way too many campers, friends coming online and inviting you to lobbies,.........so harsh punishments for early leaving are neither needed nor reasonable.

Penalties for leaving a running game should be dependent on the frequency a player quits. Quit a game or two per day? No penalty. Quit 5-6 games in a row? Block entrance to all lobbies for half an hour. Yes it's a game, but quit-happy players ruin it for those that can accept defeat and fight for their improvement. Quiting frequently is a sign of bad sportsmanship.

When they r given the chance to join in progress they should get 2 no's and the third makes then join. It should tell them map name and the score of the game that it is like would you like a join a tdm game on nuke town score is 3500 to 2900 you will be on loosing team. When players back out they should have no point recieved or credits but loose some depending on skill or lvl

Do not punish quitters everytime they leave early! Sometimes you have to leave in the middle of the game like if something comes up. Simply do not give them any xp or challenges they may have earned in the game that they prematurely left

They should make it that if you leave 2 or 3 games in a row, you have no choice but to stay in the next game. I never got mad for people leaving most of the time in COD6, because you have to deal with noobtubers, people spawn killing you, the opposite team all camping in their spawn, hackers, glitchers, loud mouths, and lag switchers.

Join in progress is great for PC Games with servers but for console games with lobbies there is no need for it. Join in progress was simply put in the game to speed up the matchmaking times and to help a losing team with more players. But who wants to join a game for 10 seconds and take a loss because you were searching the play list. If that was the best game it could find for you I think they need to upgrade their system. I'm against Join in progress just grin and bear it if some people leave.

With Halo 3 in Ranked matches it would derank you if you backed out enough, in social it would do nothing.
Temporary suspension would be the best course of action, especially with it just being released. Get suspended one time and you're going to shit yourself until you can play again.

i personly dont want the leave game to have affects on money or xp in black ops, i think that they should just let us join in normal, but if we choose to leave we will not get anything out of it, lets say i join a normal tdm, i play for like 4 min, and i get a challange like 150 kills with mp5k, and say my team got 2700 pts and the others 5100, and a harrier, if i choose to leave game i will be given a loss and i will get no challange complete or xp, like ive never been there,except for the loss

Not only should you lose any type of match bonus, there should also be a temporary ban that progressively gets longer the more you quit. If you quit 5 times in 24 hours, you get banned for 5 minutes, 10 times, 10 minutes, 15 times, 15 minutes and so on. I think the ban would give these rage quitters some time to cool off. Also, if you quit to go do something, the ban won't affect you because you stopped playing.

You are right about the halo reach leaving thing. you get banned for 10mins but the deal with halo is that the players DON'T get replaced so i think this is why bungie put the system in coz some games its 4 on 1 lol.... i think they could use a similar system to that but make it more strict so maybe leave only 5 games (i think on halo is like 10 or something i don't know) and u get banned for 20-30minutes would be a good enough reason for people to stay. Thumbs up if you like the idea :)

I think it should follow the Halo Reach System of temporary suspension. I use to get so mad in Halo 3 because I always get deranked, not because I quit the game but because I had bad internet service at the time and just made me automatically became the host with every other player gone. That didn't even allow me to get over 20 of experience. I think the player that joins in a already started game should get a draw instead of a lost depending how much time or points are left in the game.

i think give gamers a choice of which team to join when they join a game. too many times ive joined a game of domination or tdm and id join the losing team, but theres only 3 peopl on both teams, or the other team is full of 6th and tenth prestige guys and the team i get has all level 20-30 no prestige guyts. it just pisses me off so much.

I don't think you should punish players for leaving early. Because for 1 who gives a rats ass chances are if they left your team either blows or their team does. And the system wouldn't be able to differ a legit reason ie going for supper from from rage quits. Though if they were to choose a way, do halo reaches way, don't make them lose xp they've earned or make them go down a rank, that's going too far. And chances are if your getting that pissed at people quitting early, you need to get

I like people joining matches mid games because I've never finished a match where everyone from the start was still there when it ended. In Reach they say you can get a temporary ban from quitting, but I've quit eight matches in one day and not been penalized.

Personally, I love Reach's penalty for leaving games. It's not like a single game is unbearably long or anything, so if it's an unbalanced team, just do what you can, finish the match and leave the lobby before the next game starts.
That being said, with Black Ops having a currency system, have a fiscal penalty for leaving games. Have it fairly low for a single left game, because everybody ragequits sometimes, but have it ramp up the more often you leave games.

This is the first time I have ever disliked a xjaws vid. I disagree totally, joining games in progress suck and we shuldnt be penalized for leaving. I play MLG and it pisses me off my other clanmates have epic w/l ratio's but i cant because i like to get nukes and stuff if i play FFA goin for a nuke and i die at 5+ kills, well obv. im not getting a nuke, so no reason not to leave, its not a big deal so long as you don't have host. I work hard to keep my w/l at 0.69 for obv. reasons though ;).

Deranking is too harsh. Sometimes when I play I just have to leave because somebody needs my help, I've forgotten something that needs to be done ASAP etc. If I get deranked because of that it's REALLY going to piss me. I'd prefer for it to just not give you any money, experience, kills or challenges before the game ends is much more fair. It makes me really not want to leave but I can still do it if I have to without losing the ranks I've spent a crapton of hours on getting in the first place.
