Gaga making a song with him would be a disaster. Timbaland and Timberlake's Hard Candy was probably Madonna's worst album. It's only good because of her voice. Timberlake is quite an asshole: what has he done for Britney, or has he defended Janet when HE ripped her bra off? He does not deserve to work with Gaga. I hope she works with Madonna or Cher.
