I have a condition where my balls can move outside of my scrotum and into other parts of my body underneath my skin. One time I was sleeping in a weird position and I woke up with an odd pain in my abdomen. I felt around my belly and felt a huge lump just below my belly button, and realized one of my balls had been pushed out of position and rolled into my belly area! All it took was one painful shove and everything was back to normal.
