when connex falls below their monthly targets for services on time etc. they compensate ONLY monthly ticket holders with free DAILY tickets. whats the use in that? bullshit.
The Government has assigned connex to look after the rail system. Maybe Connex has no control's over how many trains they have to run, but they sure damn can't run trains on time. Not only this, but they sneakly do not always "announce" delayed trains officialy, thus avoiding fines by the government. I catch the train everday, Connex really fail at managing the system.

It's very much like a less busy tube station in rush hour. Doesn't quite compare to some like Green Sq, Waterloo and the like though!
