I've known this band for two years. Dizmas wer in the Czech Republic on Czech tour with show Exit316... So, they visited our High school of Economic in Opava too. Stars? Not at all! Cool guys :) and they were still smiling :) Few people were trying to teach them some czech words... I think, that Jeremiah was pretty good. :) Well, Dizmas - hi from the Czech Republic! :)

Just in case some don't know, if you already own Dizmas' album "Tension," you'd be doing yourself a favor by not buying their self titled album because "Yours" and one other song are the only new songs on it as most of the album is songs from "Tension."

this is incorrect.. there are four new songs and all the rest have been re-recorded/remastered. this is why Dizmas is selling the new cd for just $8

You're correct about there being 4 new songs, but I don't understand why the self titled album is just those songs plus remastered versions of only five songs from Tension and one from On a Search in America. Sounds like a wasted effort if you ask me because it might have been better to have it as Tension remastered with four new songs at the end of the album instead. Honestly, their self titled album doesn't showcase the true side of Dizmas from either of their first two albums.

One other thing, what is it with labels like Forefront Records and Sparrow and the "two for one" series when all they're doing is releasing two albums by individual artists and bands into one CD case each? Are they that hard pressed for money or is it just me? Same with Tooth and Nail releasing Ultimate Collection albums by MxPx, Supertones, and a various artists version. To me it's just unnecessary repackaged best of albums.
