Our town uses a vacuum truck for the main roads which is cool because the vacuum hose is controlled by a remote control. However, they use a tink claw to pick up our leaves and load them into dump trucks before a street sweeper picks up what is left.

the scraper is actually called a tink claw and this method of picking up leaves is old news but effective. this method does not cause pot holes they have used this method to pick up branches and leaves for ten years and not 1 pot hole
