  • what are you talkin about

  • dude maybe its was on hold?

  • You're BRILLLLLLIANT!

  • those one liners like iPods suck, or zunes suck, are really stupid. you probably dont know whta it is. youre just like, "oh i better say iPods suck so people will like me."

  • Well, technically....my iPod DOES suck.

  • well yeah yours does

  • Actually, it used to. I finally got Best Buy to replace it with a new 80 Gig Video version. So far so good. I'm sure it will crap out eventually like ALL Apple products.

  • then you can get it replaced for a next gen iPod

  • Exactly!

  • this just happened to my ipod seconds ago. I went on their site, apparently its happened so many times that they have a reset for it. BOOurns.

  • time to get a ZUNE

  • Yes. Let me get a Zune so I can "share" music with my friends! Give me an f'ing break...

  • easy fix smash the piece of shit

  • you cant reset an ipod, you must now wait for the battery to die, join the creative zen revolution, they pwn icrap

  • just get a zune i got one.

it wont freeze like that icrap

  • IPOD..SUCKS

P.S. save a tree, wipe your ass with an owl.

  • That would hurt.

  • Just reset the damn thing your stupid!

  • And you're a fag.

  • lol your comment made me laugh

  • Thanks, Veltster. I aim to please.

  • i recently bought a zune and i will highly suggest it. Too many features to list, if your a ipod fan then cool beans im just telling you i love my zune.

  • Too much trouble to change with 10,000 songs...most of which are in AAC format. That said, I now have a new 80 gig iPod (finally got Best Buy to replace the junker in this video) and it's been working rather well.

  • try holding the center button and the menu button at the same time. This will reset your ipod, it wont delete your music or anything like that. Good luck, and let that be a lesson to you for buying an iPod.

  • Your first two sentences were useless to me because you didn't read the other comments first. Your last sentence...I can't argue that one.

  • Would you people PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the OTHER comments before typing your own??! Christ!

  • Turn off the hold button ?

  • actually.. no, hold is off. Did you try a reboot ??

  • My 4th gen color froze on my like that, all I had to do was reboot it, using the Middle Button and Menu Button and keeping both pressed down for like 10 secs then the Apple Logo appeared.

  • Apple fails all the time what do you expect?

  • Well, no kiddin'? he he.

    gradac - still the same.

  • hey pal, did you fix your iPod, i feels so sorry for you:(

  • Not exactly, it's still a big turd. :(

  • but did the battery run out, then it might be working

  • how do you charge an iPod??? please someone tell me coz I plann on buying the 30GB one

  • Plug it in.

  • in the computer or... but thanx anyway :D

  • ahhhhh ..maybe on the 4th gen.. but not on the new ones.. i mean i have had to maybe reset mine twice now.. when i had the nano..i was reseting every other week..which sucked big time.. i would just toss that one you have and get the 30 gig or 60 gig.. you can reset them in your sleep..they don't have to be plugged in nor will you lose anything..cheers mate

  • you have an older generation ipod which that generation ALWAYS seemed to froze up ...but always know this...anytime it freezes hold the niddle section of the dial pad as well the top of the dial pad in.. hold them both in at the samtime for about three seconds and it should reboot..you will see the apple insignia and then you are golden...don't get frustrated.. i have the new 60 gig video and it never freezes..that is because it is not the older beta version.. hang in there.. APPLE RULES!

  • I know all about reseting an iPod. I appreciate your positive thoughts, but two things: You have to plug in the iPod to RESET it, as you have described. I can't do that when I'm driving. Secondly, when you RESET an iPod, it loses a chunk of your play counts and data that has been stored in your iPod since you last synch on the PC. Not cool.

  • Removing the battery and putting it in again doesn't solve it?

  • you can not take the battery out of a ipod

  • carcarpwnz is right...but i just slam it on the floor and step on it a few times...great stress releaver

  • I can fix that !

  • all you have to do is put a cover on the ipod and SLAM IT

realllly hard off of a 2 story house.. it really does work

  • Holy shit that happened to my old one also! I had to wait for the battery to die down.

  • I am actually able to RESET mine, but of course I have to plug it in to AC first which is mighty hard to do in a car.

  • that damn ipod

you must send this vid to the apple jerkwads..

  • Test

  • 40 Gig 4th Gen iPod - $400

    iPod Accessories - $125

    iTunes song - $.99

Not standing behind your product - PRICELESS

    Apple sucks!

  • WINBLOWS '98 and 2000 dude get your facts str8...APPLE is taking over.. PC CRASHES AND SUCKS!!! LOL:) get over it.. HERE COMES APPLE BABY! WOO HOOO!!!
