  • I would have never flew! I get scared as hell only flying let alone flying in such a terrible weather condition.

  • “Airbus products are the flimsiest and most poorly designed as far as airframe structure is concerned” and “The vertical fin along with the composite hinges on the rudder and elevators is the worst example of structural use of composites I have ever seen.” Airbus has been proven to be hasty put together and dangerous.

  • @aky19832001 Any facts to back up your statement? Don't say AA587.

  • Airbus is not from the US, its from europe and probably the best plane builder ;)

  • I can't believe how old this aircraft is. It's a second generation aircraft, and it feels brand new :/

This is why Airbus<All American aircraft producers.

  • @gloomyoutlook

    >>>>>!!!!

  • how steep is that climb..

  • Nothing wrong with flying in wet weather. Engines run cooler, less chance of detonation and engine failure. Turbulence is a slight side effect but I'd rather good engines over bumpy rides.

  • @racedad45ky are you serious?

  • ooooh condensation is always so sexy :)

  • I really like bad weather outside, you sit in a comfortable chair, drink hot chocolate, the engines are roaring, and you don't give a damn about the rain the wind and cold air down below :) and you just go higher and higher...

  • @DenisKomment So true, besides, you know once over the clouds it's smooth flying.

  • woah - yeah that is well steep!!!! esp at the end - i fucking hate flying - even walked off a plane cos i was so anxious :s

  • @OrlandoWells lol!!!

  • @racedad45ky Thanks for posting that story....something like that should give you something to talk about decades later. By coincidence. something similar to that happened to me back in '78...yes, '78 on an American Airlines B707. Too bad Youtube was not around back then!

  • I like rain, but I dont like flying in it...

  • that was a steep climb!! 0_0

  • its not storm, its a simple rain, nothing dangerous.

  • Scarebus A300-600

  • @jmmarte jajajajajajaja :)

  • @jmmarte zzzboeings are not any better

  • I just LOVE that sound of the engines!

  • Well this type of weather or even very moderate rainy weather shuts down airports in many parts of the world as i am a frequent flier and have experienced that sort of conditions and airport is shut for few till everything pretty much clears up but here in U.S in god we trust and then the machinery we use :D LOL! so it doesn't happen here unless its quite of a heavy storm ,,and i remember at chicago o hare i have seen worse rainy weather take offs then this one.

  • Thats crazy!!!!! What airline and airport did this?

  • American Airlines

  • JFK

  • @Photomanish It was an inside job from the Bush administration. :)

  • @sverio12345 You know what? If it had anything to do with the Bush Administration I believe you! :)

  • @Photomanish

haha fuck you you stupid monkey ass gimp

  • lol

  • I once flew in a tornado :-)

  • How did that happen?

  • Lol im only kidding, you actually believed me. if i flew in a tornado i probably wouldnt be alive now.

  • Ha ha ha ha.... I had a hunch you were kidding....but then I thought of the probability of you spotting a tornado from afar while taking off..... lol

  • That's the Aileron.. Each wing has one, and as one moves down, the other moves up. This makes the airplane roll on it's center axis. To make a banking turn, you use the ailerons, and the elevator. You would also use the rudder to counter adverse yaw, but that's another subject. ;) In this instance, the airleron that you see moving, was doing so, in order to keep the plane steady, or to prevent roll during takeoff.

  • Agreed! This is simply a heavy rain shower. Not one bolt of lightening was seen in the video.

  • lol, there wouldnt be lightening, you think if there was lightening the pilots would take off, not a chance bro.

  • @lases100 Aircraft have been hit by lightning and still fly. Why? Because they're designed to be able to fly through storms. Actually, they're built to fly. Not to come crashing back to Earth.

  • what was the wing doing at 0:20-0:23?? idk it looked scary haha. it looked like a piece was just hanging there & flapping in the wind.

  • it's made to move up and down like that. it's some kind of stabilizer.

  • Thats the airleron

  • I wanna try that, cool. I always takeoff in a good weather. I just wanna try new things. lol

  • Hey, for some reason or other it almost always rains when I have a flight.......and I just had a flight 2 weeks ago out of JFK.....and......yes, it was raining! LOL I will add that video on here sometime next week.

  • Lol really? whenever u fly? wow. Well can't wait for the other video :)

  • nice video, but i cant understand how comes when ever u fly it rains, mabye u have a spell casted on u, lol.

  • Hahahahaha........who knows?

  • i have taken off in a storm. landed in a Super strong storm with swiss, and liked it. also in poland heavy cross-winds (35kts) landed with Swiss ContactAir, didnt feel a thing until i came out!!

  • sweet takeoff. nice and smooth, very good!!

  • very nice takeoff!!

  • damn!!..that was heavy rain!!!

    nice

    =o]

  • what airline was it?

  • It was American Airlines

  • It was American Airlines
