Trying to compare Obama with Dr. King is pure left wing propaganda. Dr. King wanted to bring the races together. Obama through redistibution of wealth, and punishing success will divide the nation. Dr. King was a believer in Jesus Christ. Obama says he is but you cannot be a believer in Christ and expouse a Marxist idealolgy. He has recieved more in campaign contributions from people like George Sorros and foreign regemes than any candidate in history. Totally illegal. Dark times ahead.

You're right, other democracies had existed previously, but the US made major headway in terms of individual rights and freedoms. The DoI influenced the French Revolution and Lincoln's interpretation provided a basis for eliminating slavery:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

Obama has to be the next president of the USA, not just for the USA's sake, but for the sake of the whole world.
I don't think anyone could handle another Bush Bunny in the White House.
It is time for world peace, and that will only happen when the president of the USA is willing to put away their guns and use their voices.
