Can shoot at helicopters and "Predators", besides ground vehicles ?
The way I see it, it is a wonderful vehicle as base. Not so big. Ideal for urban warfare with other utility and security vehicles.
Besides if this kind of system can be build to into common urban vehicles, you can have a mobile AA system without to much fuss on parking lots in case of some treads.

Like any anti-tank complex since 1960's as minimum. But aerial target must fly low and with low speed. Planes can't be intercepted by ATC even at low flight.
@viowave There are already hundreds of UAV models from global reconnaissance to the lightest class. Many officers and military experts already speak about the need of anti-uav means at company level. Every infantry company must have a mean against tactical UAVs. Classic Surface-to-Air missiles is an expensive solution and vehicles dedicated for AA support of columns can't be attached for every infantry company or battalion. ATGM with target auto-tracking and HE-FRAG warhead seems to be solution.
@BitnikGr True. I think a advanced version of the AT4 to say something would be more suiteable on infantry level too.
But I think a lot of police forces, security forces would like to have a low profile vehicle with aa, atgm function combined to safegaurd key location or persons. I think it makes a difference if a "tank" roles down the streeth or a "normal" SUV, small truck. (Still you can have "AT4" / sniper teams of the rooftops)
The Iraqi guerilla forces already used these successfully against advancing US armour back in 2003...
