Markus was truly incrediable here dont get me wrong But with that being said Markus was no bigger then Ronnie in just about any other body part besides shoulders. And Ronnie's legs were always better then Markus's.

There are still tons of people who train to look good to the general population (which is what I believe you mean by "aesthetics"). But over the course of bodybuilding's history, looking good to the judges has gotten farther and farther away from looking good to the general population.

It all depends on your perspective.
