Did that ass really stop in the middle of the road for no reason other then to prove he could! If he had to stop for someone in front of him, then I guess it was out of his control, but never the less he should have changed lanes instead of stopping, as should all the people behind whoever is stopped. The guy filming was able to stop but would have been better off changing lanes if he had room and time to safely.
