I agree that sport players often get easy justice, and I think the time he served was much too small. However, once he served the time the court of law says he should, he should have all the rights other citizens have, including, playing sports.

The light sentence and Vick being put right back into his team jersey and playing the sport freaked my kids out. *I* had to try to explain how and why our legal system allowed this. All of this hate spewed towards Mike Vick. Where is this hate when Floyd Boudreaux (the Don Of Dog Fighting) and Pat Patrick who both are white were busted. They found thousands of dog corpses on Pat Partick's yard as well as 150+ Pitbulls, many with fighting scars. None of you people were wishing they were dead, were you? Also, since the ASPCA & HSUS rated the value of the dogs bewteen 20k and 50k. Those are the price rages they sueing at. Pat lost 125+ dogs. Floys lost about 50.
