  • I wonder if Cox is enjoying jail. I hope he gets used to it. Sounds like he's gonna be there for a while.

  • You folks proclaiming to be "pro gun" and at the same time being in favor of licensing restrictions crack me up. The only gun permit I need is the SECOND AMENDMENT. What part of "shall not be infringed" do you not understand?

  • @912patriotJW Unfortunately, you are wrong and naive, and probably uneducated. The U.S. Supreme Court (as recently as a year ago in rulings upholding gun rights in Chicago and D.C.) stated that reasonable restrictions are constitutional. And one of those reasonable restrictions is in regard to CCW. No state or federal constitution (including Alaska) gives anyone the RIGHT to carry concealed. It is a regulated priviledge.

  • This video shows NRA board member and U.S. Rep. Don Young (R-AK-At Large) signing an insurrectionist "Letter of Declaration" drafted by Schaeffer Cox, who was arrested in March on charges of conspiracy to commit murder and kidnapping. They were planning to kill Alaska State Troopers and a federal judge.

They are Domestic Terrorists as defined by the US Patriot Act. the NRA board members are guilty of supporting terrorists and should be arrested & have their assets confiscated as required by law

  • I don't trust any dude that can cross his legs like that.

  • Mr. Cox you sound like a little preadolescence teenager, kinda funny with the squeaky voice.

I see why you must carry a gun to avoid having your lunch money stolen.

Oh and BTW... we know you, Joe Miller and Todd Palin are all in this gang together, can hardly wait for the truth to come out exposing this TREASONOUS behavior.

What color jumpsuit would you like to wear for the boys in the pen?

  • @MyMaeve Yes, you are correct. I did state that there were charges and the suspects should indeed be presumed innocent until proven guilty. I leave it to the criminal justice system to determine guilt or innocence but, contrary to your belief, conspiracy IS a chargeable offense. I don't know the details of the case but tend to think that where there's smoke, there's fire. I will follow this case with interest.

  • @kfitzer Cox was planning to kill state troopers and a judge. That is called Domestic Terrorism.

  • @RawFoodKevin Cox was discussing self defense as the FBI was discussing killing him in the same style as Randy Weaver. Know the facts before you comment please.

  • @MyMaeve Oh please. You're full of hogwash.

  • @kfitzer Schaeffer has NEVER advocated violent overthrow of the govt, or violence toward anyone. He has, however, discussed self defense, which is well within his rights. He has also defused numerous violent incidents between AK residents and the cops up there. He was called to calm the situation. Talking is not a crime, planning for your own defense is not a crime either. As you readily admit, you don't know the details of the case. I, on the other hand, do.

  • @MyMaeve Really? He's sitting in jail on charges of conspiring to kill state judges and state patrol troopers in Alaska -- based significantly on comments he made in two separate open forums.

He was not present in March 2010 to "calm the situation." I've seen the video and heard the audio. He inserted himself into a police investigation of a 911 hang up. He was not "calming" anything. He showed up looking for a fight (armed and wearing body armor) He's a fraud

  • @oldmac1 He wore body armour as he had information that the FBI were going to try to force him to fire at them so they could begin a seige on him and his family. His wife also wore it when they went out because they were facing gunfire at any time by the FBI. He was called into that situation with the police by the homeowner, as part of the Liberty Bell network that he and other Patriots set up to protect each others' rights. Please send me a link to that particular video showing the situation.

  • @MyMaeve Oh please. You absolutely have no idea what you are talking about. I wish people would at least agree to use the facts. There was no FBI. This was local police responding to a 911 hang up call at a residence. He showed up there and physically inserted himself into the investigation. Asked at least twice not to interfere, he continued. Officers were very respectful to him. Too bad he was not. The video (audio mostly) will likely be public soon as he goes to trial. Stay tuned.

  • @oldmac1 And you do? Doubtful . . . . when was the last time you talked with Schaeffer?

  • @oldmac1 I didn't say that this particular time the FBI were involved, I told you why he and his wife wore body armor. You know no more than what you see on TV or in the mainstream news. I get my info from Schaeffer and his family and friends. Nuff said

  • @MyMaeve I know a lot more than what I see on TV my friend. And you've already shown by your ignorance that you don't really know the situation,or are blinded. And you most certainly insinuated that the FBI was out to get him that night. You know you did. And BTW, to this date the only federal "issues" with him involve his failure to pay taxes.

  • You live in Alaska. I'm sorry, but you have no idea what it would be like to give everyone the right to carry a handgun without a license or any form of registration. There are more people in Los Angeles County than in your entire state (by more than 10 times). Go there for a month and tell me that everyone should be able to own a gun without any registration or licenses. Go to the New York Metropolitan area and tell me that everyone should have a gun.

I am pro-gun and I think this is dumb.

  • @TheRogueX Noone say that EVERYONE should be able to own a gun. Howevere, EVERYONE WHO IS LEGAL to own one should be allowed. It DOESN'T MATTER THE POPULATION.

    You pro-gun? Prove it.

  • @evolutionist101 A lot of these people insist that anyone should be able to have a gun, without being checked in any way. How can you tell if it's not legal for them to have a gun?

I am pro-gun, but only if they are licensed and wielded by trained individuals. Not just any law-abiding citizen is capable of using a gun properly. I am planning on getting a concealed-carry license sometime later this year, and I will carry with pride.

  • @TheRogueX

How can you "carry it with pride" if it is concealed?

  • @TheRogueX

How can you "carry it with pride" if it is concealed?

  • The charges are fabrications. The system doesn't like Cox because he speaks the truth and threatens to overturn their apple cart. Don't believe everything you read. To those of you who post messages of hatred towards him, shame on you.

orsoscroot, before you try to use "big" words, buy a dictionary. p-r-o-c-u-r-e. And if you truly believe that, then you're living in a dream world.

  • @912patriotJW

The system doesn't like Cox because he is a violent domestic terrorist.

I read his "Letter of Declaration". He is actively advocating the overthrow of the U.S. Government and the establishment of a new government by any means necessary. That is insurrection and treason.

Shame on you for defending Cox's hatred for America and his disdain for human life.

  • @RawFoodKevin your opinion is worth exactly what I paid for it. Schaeffer Cox loves his country, and loves liberty. Period.

  • @912patriotJW

Really? Just saying it doesn't make it so.

You have opinion and proof mixed up.

There is plenty of proof, which I presented, to PROVE he is a traitor AND a terrorist.

All you presented so far is your opinion, which is, as you say, "worth exactly what I paid for it."

  • @RawFoodKevin Cox has no hatred for America. It is a sad day indeed when so called Americans dont know the difference between country and state. The U.S. government has nullified their authority the very moment they breached the contract with the people, which their authority is contingent on, the constitution. Remember, that big thing about "We the people..." ? I highly doubt you do, or what it stands for.

  • What about these charges?

Francis "Schaeffer" Cox, Lonnie Vernon, Karen Vernon, Coleman Barney and Michael Anderson are accused of conspiring to commit murder, kidnapping, and arson, as well as weapons misconduct, hindering prosecution and tampering with evidence, according to trooper spokeswoman Megan Peters in a written statement late Thursday.

  • @kfitzer Last I checked, it was innocent till proven guilty. In addition, talking to someone is not a crime! Planning things are not a crime! IF anyone did kidnap, murder etc. THEN that would be a crime. We've gone nuts in this country trying to prevent crime when its not within their authority or ability. A crime is not a crime until its committed. These are crap charges.

  • @MyMaeve Actually, planning a crime IS a crime. Also, you can't go around promoting the violent overthrow of America or telling people you are going to kill State Troopers. That is insurrection, treason and Domestic Terrorism.

There are people in prison right now for planning crimes a lot less serious than what Cox was planning. Hopefully, Cox will join them too, for life.

  • The charges that Schaeffer Cox abused his wife are without merit and untrue fabrications. Schaeffer Cox is an honorable man and a patriot, and we could use more like him!!!

  • @912patriotJW yeah, that or he is a shitty scumbag who thinks the second amendment is under attack. note: the ability to pricure firearms is just as strong as ever.

  • @912patriotJW

How could Cox be a patriot when he was planning the violent overthrow of the U.S., which he wrote about in his "Letter of Declaration"?

We could use more like him, safely in jail where psychopaths belong!!!

  • Cox for President! LOL!

  • Cox for President! LOL!

  • I heard Schaeffer Cox is speaking at a big Liberty Convention in Missoula Montana, May 21 & 22.

  • @ sololamer I absolutely agree in redemption. I'm a strong proponent of repentance and change. I have had some great conversations with Schaeffer and have always been impressed with him. I do believe him to be a good man that made a terrible mistake but are we not all sinners? I'm not sure who your comment was directed at but my point is that it is folly to follow a man and wise to follow and adhere to principle. Schaeffer said that himself and I agree. let us spread the principles of freedom.

  • Being that this is my channel I would like to ask everyone that posts comments here to please exercise respect and decency for all who post opinions here. This is a war of ideas and no one will be won over by insults and slander. It is through kind respectful reasoning and prayer that the hearts and minds of men are won over to the cause of freedom. We must avoid the appearance of fanaticism by controlling our emotions in such an emotionally driven climate. We must master ourselves first.

  • @alaskansamurai1

Hey there's Schaeffer Cox, who now faces charges of conspiring to kill judges and highway patrol troopers.

    Nice. Really nice.

  • wow. the guy with the name :Obamahateswhites says I am playing the race card. You are a nazi fuck. And yes I do own all those guns. send me your email in a pvt message and I;d be happy to send you a photo that will include my guns and my pale white ass

  • I just put the oldmac man to pasture. Please continue and ignore the old cuke.

  • Hey THere's Schaeffer Cox!! The "man" who just pleaded guilty to assaulting his wife (hitting and choking her) in front of their child and then threatening to kill his wife. GREAT

  • @oldmac1 You can say what you want about Schaeffer, and I agree that behavior like that is despicable, but the principles of freedom that he and many others talk about are sound. I don't say that in any way to absolve him from his actions but to point the focus back to where it needs to be and that is the ideas and principles of FREEDOM!

  • @alaskansamurai1 So if his behavior is despicable (he beat and choked his wife in front of their child) is he the right man to put himself out there as the poster child for this cause? He discredits everything you stand for, and this is only the tip of the iceberg with this guy. A man who shows violence toward his own family should not lecture us on "nonviolent" resistence to what we don't like about government! It's a crock. HE is a fake.

  • Sorry I didn't reply to this sooner. I can see an "awful" lot of poorly thought out comments were posted after our little discussion. To answer your question about whether Schaeffer Cox should be the poster child for this movement I would say the answer would be a resounding NO. We should never follow a MAN because they are fallible as we can see here, but his actions do not change the real issue of our freedoms and liberties having been slowly and now very quickly being stripped away.

  • @oldmac1 You seem to go around on youtube and put down Mr. Cox. You must fully agree with the federal government, and all their actions, you have devoted yourself and martyred your personal time by attempting to discredit a man not for his actions but more because you dont agree with his ideals. You act just like a politician whereas the arguement is won by slander and digging up personal information, but never the ideals and issues at hand.

  • @Southern661 I don't "slander" Cox. The defense for liable and slander is the truth. And the truth is he pleaded guilty to beating his wife. (March 2010) The trush is he is currently jailed on charges of conspiring to kill judges and law enforcement officers in Alaska (arrested March 2011). I am a gun owner, holder of a CCW permit and AVID defender of the 2nd amendment. Mr. Cox is a fraud, and a traitor to everything that our Democracy stands for.

  • @Southern661 and I dont' have to discredit him. He discredits himself and his entire "movement'

Anyone - like you - who tries to defend him, is doing nothing more than embarrassing yourself.

  • @Southern661 BTW< I love how you tried to block me from posting criticisms of him. People need to know the truth about this piece of shit. He gives every real gunowner and every real defender of the 2nd amendment a bad name

  • @oldmac1 HERE'S THE FUNNY THING. LOOK AT THE DATE THAT I FIRST POSTED THIS. A YEAR AGO!! AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED! HE'S NO IN JAIL PENDING CHARGES OF CONSPIRING TO KILL JUDGES AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. (AND NOT FEDS, STATE JUDGE JUDGES AND ALASKA STATE TROOPERS)

    GOD DAMN I'M GOOD!!!!

  • @oldmac1

    get a life shill

  • @Hroark7 I have a great life. thanks. I want to keep it that way. That's why I point out the hypocracy of nutjobs like Cox. If he was in charge, I'd be at the top of his list of people whose rights he would trample.

I'm more worried that he and his kind are going to try to take my guns because they have no room in their government for dissent

  • @oldmac1

show us the facts to back up your premise.

  • oldmac

State your premises & solutions with a succint plan .

I doubt you have any facts ,evidence,or source docs to back any of your lies

    guaranteed you have nothing,

    except a jealousy problem

We all await your "evidence"to back up your character assassination of Mr Cox

& we await your "enlightening ideas"

so come on "man with a great life", which I dont believe you have by the way...because you are way too obvious....

  • @Hroark7 my premises and solutions? What the hell are you talking about? Let me repeat my point clearly and then I shall fade away. SCHAEFFER COX BEAT AND CHOKED HIS WIFE IN FRONT OF THEIR CHILD. I would never want him to be represent my cause, no matter what it was. He beat and choked her because she threatened to leave him. He wants things HIS way and when he didn't get it, he resorted to violence. This is my fear of the entire movement. This isn't about freedom. It's about control.

  • So where is all the video/ other info about the 3,500 man militia he claims to command?

  • What are you talking about? 3,500 man militia! I don't recall hearing him say anything about that.

  • He didn't, in this video, but he claims it in other speeches. I'm just hoping someone can point to some actual proof this thing exists. Heck I like the guy, I just want more proof of some of his claims.

  • @alaskansamurai1 - He actually does say that. Check out my page for the videos under "The Solution" - Uploading them right now.

  • 3,500 man militia? What are you a troll? You a Fed trying to discredit this man?

  • The Fed comment makes me laugh. I have met the man, talked with him, questioned him. I'm just asking for any proof to the claims.

  • I have met as well, we also have mutual friends in Alaska. This video has nothing to do with the Militia, so why would he talk about it? Not only that he does not have to prove anything to you or anyone else for that matter.

  • I'm not sure that he COMMANDS them, but I have no doubt that they are on his side... assuming there are sides to be on.

  • Ok Buddy - now we are connected at one more level.

Shoot this video again, but this time think about what you want to say first, and don't EVER use the word "thing" - you used it a thousand times, and being more specific in your terms will help others understand your concepts better.

    Ed from AZ aka Psychictaxi

  • good job Schaffer!

  • schaeffer is da man.

  • im glad to see we are doing this now. its been long overdue

  • Thanks for watching. Tell everyone you know. We can make a difference on our own local scenes and hedge up the federal governments continual attacks on not only the 2nd Ammendment but the Constitution. Please contact Schaeffer Cox if you'd like to get something started in your local area and he'll help you get started. It's easy, or just tell people to watch this movie.

    God Bless America!
