that is pretty clever with the houses but when i play the same campaign and try to make a attack i meet archers from stone age which they have pretty strong armor to be able to kill with villagers or even my soldiers.....i had double troops than the villagers in the video and still didnt make to reach the other corner...i even build a harbor and was gathering fish for my supplies

I ve already copleted all campaigns on hardest level, and playing this one, I did the same. It is the only way to survive =)

Just shows you it's not always the type of unit, nor the strongest unit. Sometimes using a house as a wall, or having a repairman handy, works when other materials or units are not available! I have done similar. You got to use your wits. It's not always an obvious set-up! Good vid!

Nice! Could you post a tutorial for the next scenario? Canyon of Death? It stumps me every time, lol

I'm no wizard at the game. And I don't remember that particular senario. But I remember a few of them required thinking outside the box, like converting the enemy's catapults, or using a boat or other conveyance, at a time when taking the main path may have seemed the right move, but wasn't. If I go back and find that particular senario sometime, I'll let you know if I have any tips. I have been through the whole campaign of the first AoE series including the Rome expansion.
