They may have composed it, but they can't just write typical songs. Writting and listening to film music is a completely different experience, you're composing it to visuals, and when you listen to it to you need to remember that. when you understand that it makes the listening expeirence different.

I personally always find that the music makes me feel like i'm in a movie and it totally changes my mood (usually for the better) :)

You see this at the beginning of the trailer, where you have the obvious attention-grabbing lines that you paste into a trailer.
