Yes, its possible to have 1 feature show up again if it is recessed in several generations, but to have two white parent as carriers for a full set of black DNA is absurd. You could get one single feature to show up, such as dark skin, or a wide nose, or the hair etc..., but not multiple ones combined. The odds of that are lower than having a kid born with missing limbs or various forms of retardation. 99.99999999999% of the time, if the kid looks black, at least one of the parents was black.

My younger cousin is darker than all of his brothers and sisters, his mother is mixed and her father is really dark skinned. All of their kids came out really light skinned, but he (second to last child) came out as dark as his dad.
