Finally! You got it but why so many broken 10 second parts, why not just play it the way you show us nice and slow and then do the whole solo many of us are blues players who like the song but it's not a religious Bible where we have to interpret it at the end of the Tora and New Testament. It's been 24 years since it was on the radio. Duane Allman, Dicky Betts etc. are still the ones that made these guys into something. 1975 Allman Brothers Band, Macon, GA
@skipsassy1 honestly I don't remember... it was so long ago, and it was my first tutorial and first youtube video period... seemed to make sense that way at the time. I think it turned out well enough judging by the majority of the comments.
@aleblanc12 that's a neat idea. I hadn't even thought about that aspect until you brought it up. My intention was to teach the solo in bite-size chunks so that people could easily access each short phrase of the solo. It was also easier for me to record the videos that way. I don't think there's any disadvantage to the viewers in having it divided up this way, although out of all the feedback I have heard one other person say they would prefer it to be one full-length tutorial video instead.
@IAWushu on the recording I have it fades out at that point... there are a couple more seconds that are so quiet the music is barely audible... how much longer is the solo on the recording of the song that you have (approx. how many more seconds before it fades out)? When our band performs this song that's how much we play. Then we go into a repeat of the guitar riff from 0:42 and use it as our outro.
That's all I've figured out so far. I play up to that point with my band. On the recording I have it is almost faded out by then.... But eventually I'll figure out the last section.

your'e ridiculous, only because you want to have more total views in your chanel you do 10 tutorials instead of doing 2 or 3 . ¬¬
