What I don't understand, is how they can forget their lines, when they just did the movie a little over a year before this. And it's not even the ones who didn't work on it; the two I've noticed were Idina (here) and Adam (in Rent).

@JGuar1212 most of them aren't. This was a just "for fun" show, a treat for the fans. I heard that it was a last minute decision to have the obc actually do the whole show, which is why they are not in costume and make mistakes.

This was for the 10nth anniversary of the show, so it was just meant to be the OBC doing the songs. At the last minute they decided to just do the whole thing, but it's still very impromptu and (as you'll see in "I'll Cover You") they mess around a lot.
