My Openin says Wu was pretty bad because Sun Quan waited tooo long Sun Ce would done better.

Shu pretty good Officers but Liu Bei was poor he had just Charisma for Strong Guys....

Cao Cao overall he had a good start and estabiliesd his Force and his next generations where pretty Smart to handle things well Sima Familie was there Misfortune...

Cao Cao didn't have a good start....Cao Cao has to work his way there by defeating yuan shao who was more powerful than he is at that time.

And Liu Bei got Zhuge Liang who was the best strategiest at that time to manipulate all the good generals thats why Liu Bei could last that long.

Sun Quan couldn't have done any better when it comes to Cao Cao...Sun Ce was able to conquer a lot of territories at that time because Cao Cao and Yuan Shao were fighting and both have no time to fuck with Sun Ce.

Cao Pi is Cao Cao son....and i m talking about Cao Cao's begining.....how did an local warlod like Cao Cao become an emperor of Wei? and yes Cao Cao didn't get a chance to unite China but his son Cao Pi did, but Cao Pi later on was betrayed by Sima Yi and Sima Yi son rise to become the emperor.

He had the stongest generals(ones great at dueling others, which would sometimes determine win to loss, including Guan yu, Zhang fei, Ma Chao, Zhao yun, Huang Zhong, Wei Yan) and the best strategists(Zhugeliang, Pangtong for a short time, and Jiangwei)

A bad son of Liubei for an emperor, and the inevitable strength of the Wei empire from the start prevent their victory, though for many times Zhugeliang and Jiangwei were so close to taking over the Wei empire

Liu Bei lost when he lost all those generals you mentioned. Guan Yu and Zhang Fei die really early. Zhao and Ma also died and didn't make it to the end so Liu Bei's son has a lot of pitiful commanders and wouldn't last long against Sima Yi.
