@Lawson11b Very Mature. I can tell nobody cares, cause if they did, they would be meeting the standard. Oh and I got my blue cord before you finished high school, followed by my EIB and CIB. Train like you fight, and don't defend mediocrity.
@zgibby1983 Whine some more. Let me guess you have a lower-back tattoo of you ERB? Please sprinkle some fidelity and inspirational BS on us. If you would have said you had a Tomb Badge, President's Hundred, SF and/or Ranger tab, A PURPLE HEART, Bronze Star... I would have been impressed (or mildly amused). CIB's aren't special. I have one too. Pride is a sin and if you believe in this GWOT you are a perfect instrument for the Army. Have fun being a tool, dick.
@Lawson11b you know, if they knew anything about firing parties is that they dont do practices in the dress uniform, am i correct? course i wouldnt expect any person off the street to know that.
@CA1CWilliams This was filmed behind Bravo CO in the parking lot. I was there from 04-07. We practiced all the time. Mostly in A's or Blues. ACUs/BDUs was more along the lines of remedial training. I hope you aren't subtly hinting that I'm off the street bud. I have a hard time detecting thinly veiled sarcasm and I sincerely hope that's not the case.
@Lawson11b no not directed at you,i meant the COD fags who think they know everything cuz they play xbox every waking second theyre awake. but thank you for your service sir
the volleys were good, that's about it. this is a simples team...funny though, i seem to remember my simples team getting the highest score of both full honors and simples during mateps earlier that year, and the trophy sitting in our cq, as well as the best funeral company streamer flying on our guidon....that's right
I was in Charlie Guard 3rd Platoon First Firing Party, Feb 80/Feb 82. As a retired Sergeant Major, the FPC and the firing party needs IMMEDIATE CEREMONIAL RETRAINING! HOOAH!!
@hograil7416 M14 EBR's internally-suppressed, freefloated bull barrels, and a lightweight magnesium chassis with a fire selector switch (Navy Group... Single, Triple, and Fully Auto). These were chambered from 7.62mm to .408 Chey-Tac with a BDC behind the iron-sights. Retail is $8250 and not sure what we were paying for them. :)
Dude...your team needs work. The FPC doesn't sound bad and your volleys are OK. Your 3rd man sucks, everyones aim are off. HaHaha...its good to be a critic. Been drinking your bonus down in Georgetown??
@davethewave1223221 Sorry man. I heard Djibouti sucked. I was in Bravo CO when they got back from the 1st trip (05'ish) SFC Thomas turned into Top. Fun times. Hard work. Some good guys in Bco. Some dicks too.

@AQJONES2798 We weren't very Army Strong that day. With enough training we can be all we can be as well as an Army of one. Congrats on retiring.

I was in Delta Co 3rd Plt. firing parties 97-00
I am glad to see the standards are being upheld. Apart from the aims not lining up perfectly, you guys are squared away.

@falcos Simples. This was our designated IED-kicking team too (minus me as I was recording) ;)

Battle Hard. Did those guys that went to Africa get a combat patch? That would be cool to have an Old Guard patch on your right shoulder.
I am in 3rd Platoon Firing Parties in Delta Co. 1997 to 2000.
Noli Me Tangere! Is this your full honor or your simples squad?
falcos 5 years ago
@falcos They kept the patch but the Honor Guard tab was 86'd for them.
Lawson11b 11 months ago
@falcos yes, we did get the patches, but we saw no combat. D. Co 3rd Platoon 2006-2009
