  • Excellent video THANK YOU. made service that is installed himself in turn. the only means I'm not sure what the technical instruction of how to infuse the oil (top, bottom), so if you have a video that infuses the oil in the Pike fork would be even more grateful

btw ...... fork was now works very well how we will behave with (in turn) contacting you

  • Help. I have Pike 351's. They were off a Pitch and don't have the same workings as a normal Pike. They had an xfirm spring but I wasn't getting full travel so I put in a firm. Still not full travel and forks won't compress properly when the spring is out. Lumpy oil in spring chamber. What do I need to do? Are there any workings in the compression dampening leg to service? Thanks.

  • You are correct. The lower leg removal is the same.

  • @SRAMtech help me pls I have Rock Shox Dart 3 150mm and i don't know how much oil to put in the lowers:( you can tell how much oil put in to the lowers?thanks alot man!

  • i take it removing the totem coil lowers is the same as this. i take it the procedure for removing the lower legs on the toterm coil is the same. reason i ask is because they have the service guide for the mission control but they don't mention the lowers removal for the totem so im guessing its the same as this

  • Try locking the fork out. Then, while squeezing the arch and crown towards each other, try to unthread the bottom bolt.

  • i have recon solo with out lock out, any other ideas?

  • sorted, put the fork back on the bike and pumped it a few times, this was enough to crack the bolt seal

  • i am unable to undo the shaft bolt on the rebound adjust side, it just keeps turning!! help

  • i dont get it :S , how does he hit them bolt back in the fork's with a hammer and they just go back in ? this has sent my head west i just dont get it 1 bit them bolt's screw into the fork's sleeve the white bottom bit so how does he hit them with a hammer and they go bak up ?

  • There's a piston in each leg that is attached to the uppers/stanchions and the bottom of the lowers/sliders. The inner the piston sticks out of the bottom of the lowers. Once you undo the nuts on the bottom the pistons are free to move up inside the leg. He hits them with a mallet to unstick the internals from the lowers. Have a look on that website and you will see a diagram.

  • Just in time for my first self-service!

  • i've been looking for this!!!!!

  • usefull
