actually its a psychological..... the music enhanced the anime, and make you like it and the anime enhance the music you like it because of the scenes you've seen in the anime ....... and there is even a presence of conditioning.... eg when u watch an emotional scene while hearing it...next time you hear it, that emotion will be triggered this is way everyone is saying how they feel :P

Naruto had much help not only in the first few conflicts. Because of his Shinra Tensei which destroyed the hidden leaf Tendou wasn't able to fight Naruto in the beginning. Pain has lost a lot of his chakra before the real fight with Naruto began. His aim was a living Naruto. Thus, he had the possibillity to kill him easily (in the beginning and before Kyuubi appeared) but he didn't because of the Bijuu. Naruto couldn't kill him. Nagato himzelf decided to die because Naruto opened his eyes.
@AlexQuaterback Naruto targeted Pain's most prized path first, the one that ressurects the other paths. After that, Pain needed to be much more careful.
Besides, don't think of it as a 1v1
Naruto had all those toads helping him in the first few conflicts
@FloresRain It depends because Madara knows that the Sage's Eyes are very powerful, Itachi could probably slip by with Sananoo but then again your going up against the Sage, and the Forth has a strong chance but then again he is up against the Sage. Anything can happen!

Also the from the battle with Naruto you can see that just having the Rinnegan alone won't help you Fight a Tailed best all by yourself.

@BladeStrikes but your forgetting the fact that pain just used his super almighty push and wiped out the village in one blow when naruto showed up, and even in his weakened state, pain still managed to defeat naruto. granted hinata came to save him, almost got killed, and therefore unleashing the nine-tails to the point of 8 tails sprouting, but nevertheless, pain still managed to entrap the nine-tails in that "huge rock", .. but they had to severely weaken pain, so that naruto could defeat him.

Madara might be able to be but I doubt Itachi could. Itachi himself said that he and Kisame TOGETHER, at their best, would just end up in a stalemate against Jiraiya while Jiraiya, who would've most likely won had he know about Pein's abilities, would've still had difficulty. Ntm, there's a reason why Pein was the leader and not Itachi.

If you watch Sasuke vs Itachi you will see Itachi is invincible when using Sussano. He can't he harmed by anything and 1 hit from his sword will kill anyone.
Susanoo isn't invincible, it has it's weakness and can succumb to powerful attacks. Ntm, Itachi didn't want to fight Jiraiya directly as Jiraiya was more powerful. Ntm, that sword he has with Susanoo doesn't kill, it places anyone hit by it into an eternal Genjutsu. Yes, Pein is the leader because he founded Akatsuki but leader's are ALWAYS the most powerful. You're forgetting that he easily took care of Jiraiya, though he did say Jiraiya would've won had he had prior knowledge.

*Face-Palm* I know Itachi didn't say that about Jiraiya but he still ran, along with Kisame, when Jiraiya was there to protect Naruto, that means he knew he wouldn't have been able to defeat Jiraiya or even distract him long enough to get Naruto. Pein, however, would've been capable of either of them. The shield doesn't make the user invincible, the shield itself is immune to all attacks. Personally, I'm not going to bother arguing for the sake of arguing as it's getting nowhere.

Pein is very strong, yes, but once you find out his powers you can beat him. Pain himself said that if Jiraiya knew his powers, he could not have beat him.
@ingofreak It's not that hard to figure out Naruto's strength. Shadow clones and Rasengan is his basic moveset. But it's what he does with those 2 jutsu that make him a powerful ninja.

@ingofreak Naruto oneshotted pretty much every clone of Pain. Even though Pain needs Naruto alive to be able to extract the kyubi out, doesn't mean he tried to hold back, specially after knowing that he got Sage mode.
The fight with Naruto was the hardest battle Paín has fought in, he even said it himself. Paín even needed to use Planetary Devastation in an attempt to capture Naruto. even that failed. That says a little about how strong Naruto actually is, doesn't it?
@ingofreak Paín managed that pull quite skillfully I admit. But he managed that when Naruto was out of Sage mode, and he got his shinra tensei ability back.

@ingofreak Yes, if Paín maybe didn't use Shinra Tensei to crush Konoha, he might actually defeat Naruto. But non the less, Naruto pissed on all six pains at the same time. Even if Shinra Tensei was inactive, Naruto shouldn't have had so little problems defeating his robot, his summons, his ressurecting bastard and the rest. Paín is stronger than Naruto, but at that time, he wasn't. Paíns true strength in his clones lays in Nagato in my opinion. On to your first opinion. Madara > Pain.
@trondy89 naruto killed his clones because they werent trying to kill him. Pein killed jiraiya easily, didnt break a sweat (when he was using all his bodies). He could have easily done that to naruto if he wanted too. But he didnt want to kill him. Its the same deal with itachi and sasuke, itachi could have easily killed sasuke, but he didnt want too.Madara is not stronger then pain, not yet atleast.
@ingofreak I'm not questioning the motives Paín had to capture Naruto, he wanted him alive and to extract his Kyubi, but don't you also think it's very weird for Paín to use so long time? You say Jirayia is stronger then Naruto, therefore, Paín should have done his work a lot faster and a lot simpler. But can you honestly say troughout all these episodes that Paín were just trying to play around? Or actually that Paín have had a few struggles with his mission concerning that blonde frog?

Imagine what Pain can defeat with Chibaku Tensei at FULL chakra, not a heavily weakened Deva Path. By hype, Pain can defeat Eight-Tailed Kyuubi. Full Tails? It's debatable.
@Sonic2710 The Kyubi is PART of Naruto's power so you shouldn't try to even argue..Pain could not even handle the 6 Tails..The fact Pain is Nagato means he had to go 6 against one on Naruto..Kybbi had to save him lol, kyubi is inside of Naruto therefore part of him, the only reason why naruto got his foot stuck was because he was going at such immensive speed and power that he couldn't control his body so he got his foot stuck..The kid will take on pain in 3 minutes if not less..

Naruto had much help not only in the first few conflicts. Because of his Shinra Tensei which destroyed the hidden leaf Tendou wasn't able to fight Naruto in the beginning. Pain has lost a lot of his chakra before the real fight with Naruto began. His aim was a living Naruto. Thus, he had the possibillity to kill him easily (in the beginning and before Kyuubi appeared) but he didn't because of the Bijuu. Naruto couldn't kill him. Nagato himzelf decided to die because Naruto opened his eyes.

@BladeStrikes but your forgetting the fact that pain just used his super almighty push and wiped out the village in one blow when naruto showed up, and even in his weakened state, pain still managed to defeat naruto. granted hinata came to save him, almost got killed, and therefore unleashing the nine-tails to the point of 8 tails sprouting, but nevertheless, pain still managed to entrap the nine-tails in that "huge rock", .. but they had to severely weaken pain, so that naruto could defeat him.

Susanoo isn't invincible, it has it's weakness and can succumb to powerful attacks. Ntm, Itachi didn't want to fight Jiraiya directly as Jiraiya was more powerful. Ntm, that sword he has with Susanoo doesn't kill, it places anyone hit by it into an eternal Genjutsu. Yes, Pein is the leader because he founded Akatsuki but leader's are ALWAYS the most powerful. You're forgetting that he easily took care of Jiraiya, though he did say Jiraiya would've won had he had prior knowledge.

*Face-Palm* I know Itachi didn't say that about Jiraiya but he still ran, along with Kisame, when Jiraiya was there to protect Naruto, that means he knew he wouldn't have been able to defeat Jiraiya or even distract him long enough to get Naruto. Pein, however, would've been capable of either of them. The shield doesn't make the user invincible, the shield itself is immune to all attacks. Personally, I'm not going to bother arguing for the sake of arguing as it's getting nowhere.

@ingofreak Naruto oneshotted pretty much every clone of Pain. Even though Pain needs Naruto alive to be able to extract the kyubi out, doesn't mean he tried to hold back, specially after knowing that he got Sage mode.
The fight with Naruto was the hardest battle Paín has fought in, he even said it himself. Paín even needed to use Planetary Devastation in an attempt to capture Naruto. even that failed. That says a little about how strong Naruto actually is, doesn't it?

@ingofreak Yes, if Paín maybe didn't use Shinra Tensei to crush Konoha, he might actually defeat Naruto. But non the less, Naruto pissed on all six pains at the same time. Even if Shinra Tensei was inactive, Naruto shouldn't have had so little problems defeating his robot, his summons, his ressurecting bastard and the rest. Paín is stronger than Naruto, but at that time, he wasn't. Paíns true strength in his clones lays in Nagato in my opinion. On to your first opinion. Madara > Pain.

@trondy89 naruto killed his clones because they werent trying to kill him. Pein killed jiraiya easily, didnt break a sweat (when he was using all his bodies). He could have easily done that to naruto if he wanted too. But he didnt want to kill him. Its the same deal with itachi and sasuke, itachi could have easily killed sasuke, but he didnt want too.Madara is not stronger then pain, not yet atleast.

You say Jirayia is stronger then Naruto, therefore, Paín should have done his work a lot faster and a lot simpler. So yeah..Naruto is stronger than both pein and the Kage's..don't deny it they already showed Naruto win and if you say Kyubbi helped it doesn't matter now that Naruto can control kyubbi

@ingofreak Naruto beat and pulled his chakra and spirit with his own chakra so yes he can control it he just hasnt use it yet..Sasuke has EMS while Itachi has MS how is he not stronger now? Sasuke has more jutsu lightning and fire style and itachi only one..Naruto can control kyubi,has sage mode, the best ninja with Chakra control and wind styles.. It's evident that Naruto and Sasuke are both stronger than Pein and Itachi otherwise how did Naruto beat pein in the first place? EXACTLY we saw it!

If he had tried to kill him the nine tailed fox would've easily come out and take him out.. he tried the same thing when Naruto found Nagato and Nagato stabbed him but was not able to handle the kyubi's Chakra pressure so if he try to kill Naruto..Naruto could've escaped no problem..So you saying Pein could've killed him is just an opinion but it turns out the factual thing that had happened was that Naruto beat him

@almir908 he escaped with help. Kakashi also "defeated" kakuzu, does that mean kakashi is stronger then kakuzu? no, since kakuzu nearly killed him but he had help. just like naruto had help. Naruto would have been dead if he didnt have help.

@almir908 Kakashi killed kakuzu. If hinata hadnt come and "try" to help naruto, then naruto would have never become the kyubi. Thats how he got help. Not too mention from all those frogs, or did you forget?

@ingofreak Naruto beat Kakuzu and was dying so Kakashi decided to finish him off so he won't suffer,so really Naruto beat him because he's the one who fought him not Kakashi..like I said it doesn't matter if hinata helped he can control the Kyubbi now and could turn into it anytime he wants so if your talking about the past forget it..it's about what's happening now.. Naruto got help from frogs that he can summon, Pein has a summoning user and has 6 Peins so pein has more "help" and advantage

Kakashi didn't want him to suffer so he finished him. so really Naruto won..Wrong again Pein is not 6 people pein is Nagato controlling 6 dead bodies and each body has a unique ability so thats called help also the summoning user summoned two rhinos and a huge bird while naruto summoned toads so pain had more help.

@almir908 Just to let you know... Pain implied he would've trapped 8 Tails had Naruto not reverted before he could start. And that was a half-assed Pain who had used more than half his chakra destroying Konoha and fighting Sage Naruto at the same time. Imagine what Pain can defeat with Chibaku Tensei at FULL chakra, not a heavily weakened Deva Path. By hype, Pain can defeat Eight-Tailed Kyuubi. Full Tails? It's debatable.

@Sonic2710 The Kyubi is PART of Naruto's power so you shouldn't try to even argue..Pain could not even handle the 6 Tails..The fact Pain is Nagato means he had to go 6 against one on Naruto..Kybbi had to save him lol, kyubi is inside of Naruto therefore part of him, the only reason why naruto got his foot stuck was because he was going at such immensive speed and power that he couldn't control his body so he got his foot stuck..The kid will take on pain in 3 minutes if not less..

@almir908 Umm, yet at the time where Naruto fought Pain Naruto couldn't even control Kyubi.... therefore at that time it WASN'T his power, merely a failsave used by the author for PLOT. And yet..... Naruto destroyed Asura by a cheap ambush when he was aiming for Tsunade, and Deva wasn't even present for half the fight.... and once he was: wrecked Naruto's party in minutes. Imagine what Pain can do with ALL SIX BODIES FULL POWER, BLOODLUSTED. Pain could've killed Naruto many times with rods.

What you're not seeing is Pain WAS stronger than Naruto at that point, and even with less than half chakra and his most powerful body disabled for half the fight he was able to defeat Naruto twice. You think Naruto could've survived six rods in the face or heart? Get glasses. Naruto was completely defeated, out of Sage Mode, had no options, but for Kyubi to save his ass. Pain won initially
