why is it in a room that appears to be tiny, dark, & made of cement????? this critter, like all critters, should be outdoors!!!!! the bird is beautiful but the setting makes me sick. i hate this.

NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! Too dark and not like that with the camera. Poor li'l wol! I'm glad they don't keep snowy owls there, what would they do to them, hold them upside down and pour cold water on them? Horrid...an this calls itself a zoo?
