Powerful mix! Thought you showed inventiveness in the visual..

  • What a really good mix. Gotta give Gwen some credit. She gives it her all, and she is certainly easy on the eyes.

  • WOW! It's amazin' how much the two songs sound so much alike--instrumentation, tempo, vocals, the whole nine. Best part: to use mattkirsty24's quote, it feels so warm and welcoming to the ears. Gracias DJ Liberator 31! Awesome mashup/remix!

  • The original version is better, I don't like this.

  • @schaferhund11 Then Don't Watch It. >_>

  • @AshleyTheWolf259 Don't worry, I won't.

  • Both versions are great...!! i listened to No Doubts first, but then when i heard the original i liked it more... normally i don't like 2 versions of a song i laready like, but in this case it was different i don't know why..

  • I tried looking on that site to download this, but i can't find it. Do you have a direct link?

  • @Thehappypages Sent you a direct link by PM. You can of course just use the search feature in the Music Store to locate the track :)

  • When I listened to the remake I always felt that Gwen sang the song at the same tempo as the original. In doing this did you have to alter the pitch on either to make them match?

  • Sounds 75% No Doubt to me. Need more Talk Talk to even it up.

  • @fearthemunky Talk Talk sing in the left channel and No Doubt in the right channel (or vice versa if you have the speakers the other way!)

  • Its "No Doubt" that "Talk Talk" wins this as the best mix, they are the original players of the song and the first cut is the deepest ... the 80's was "My Life"

  • absolutely ASTOUNDING! wonderful work dude :)

  • Seamless studio duet...perfect!

  • would love to see them both singing this song live, that will sound awesome!!!

  • Great work!!!

  • freakin' awesome dude.

  • I like this....a fair compromise for younger people who think the original version of this song sounds too old by itself

  • aaaaaaaaaaaa were can i download this just awesome xx

  • @mitchelroad visiting my website

  • Why is every one hating girls got talent, they work well together, their both good songs... i don't get it why complain, jeeze

  • its a crime to lift a sacred song like this one from the brilliant "Talk Talk" leave the 80s alone and get you own "LIFE" Gwen!!!

  • @1983REDROCKSU2 You shut your piehole! Dont ever talk bad about the queen GWEN Renee Stefani like that ever again! Boy whats wrong with you! If it wasnt for her i wouldnt know that TALK TALK was such a great group! She obviously expanded my music horizon and love for 80s music so zip it!

  • Usually the covers of great '80 tunes get them worse... this is no exception: the bass line on the fourth measure of the chorus introduces a useless variation and the voice is much less intense and original than Hollis'. Great tune, useless cover.

  • good work!

  • LUV it.

  • wow wow wow!!!!

  • I bought this, and I am pleased

  • What can I say... FANTASTIC!

  • OH MY GOD WHAT THE HELL IS THISSSS? It's BEAUTIFUL! :D

  • The No Doubt version is much lesser than the original but when they are merged it sounds quite good. Excellent job!

  • no doubt dogger poo song talk talk legendary

  • pretty cool

  • man, this remix is awesome. I don't need to listen to these songs separately at last :D

  • Like it ! :o) L.O.V.E.

  • SIMPLY GORGEOUS!!

  • nice!!! kudos on this :D frankly I love both versions and to hear them together is awsoomee!!

  • sound quality is great for a utube clip as well, nice remix as well!

  • Sounds GREAT with Bose headphones.

  • It's awesome your smart if you made this 10000/5

  • like it!

  • This is great! I would love to hear it as a back-and-forth duet with the two of them singing together only on the refrain.

  • Nice job man!! Love this song.

  • Good job guy!

  • Good work fella

  • this is the shit!!

  • need..mp3...link...!!

  • Seamless mix! Would have boosted the talk talk mix up a bit though :P

  • Oddly, some people say the same thing about the No Doubt singing! The idea of the mix is to have one singing in the left speaker and the other through the right speaker!

  • Now that is interesting. I'd love to hear it like that, but it must be my laptop speakers failing to give me stereo field :( Still, it is an excellent piece of sound art :)

  • Try sticking one finger in your left ear and...!!! lol

Glad you like the mix mate :)

  • @Problembeing

    Try with headphones, really cool...

  • that would be cool kinda like when you get rick rolled the beginning of it comes out on diffrent speakers

  • Reallly Cool! thanks!

  • '' excelente mix!!!!!! evandro...

  • such a warm song, tells us about life in general, such a powerfull song with a strong message, appreciate life, it could be gone tommorow, people take a lot for granted and dont always see the real deal for what it is. We are not superior to anyone or thing, we share this planet with all kinds of animals and species we should be hubble and gratefull for what we have, never think we are better than anyone . he who is first will be last, and he who is last shall be first. Such a true saying!!!

  • where could i download this?

  • Its very good, the soundtrack behind the singing is great but you need to be able to hear Mark Hollis more!

  • A really good job man.

    This mashup works nicely (C: }

  • Good to hear Mark Hollis dueting with Gwen Stefani. Good job.
