If you operaend the iphone and replaced the flex cable, there's a small connector on top left maybe you forgot to reconnect it, because I did and i feel really stupid now

@IPenGuIN3HD yeah man, i just replaced the wifi antenna bottom of the speaker jack and the battery, but nothing changed. I guess the chip on the motherboard is faulty. I am thinking about putting it into the owen or like you said just read a book or play chess :(

Open cydia reinstall sbsettings and sbsettings toggles , all toggles for sbsettings

Using edge or 3G data package .

Then reset network settings.

If u get wifi signal DHCP- renew lease

Problem should be solved

Cydia may be causing problem

Update cydia apps which need updating

If this doesn't help u need iPhone tech

@wahyte thanks for replying, i don't think it is caused by a jailbreak error including Cydia, because it shows the same wifi error when i restore to the stock IPSW (versions doesn't matter, i tried 3.1.3, 4.0 and 4.1).

I heard that's a problem with the hardware, you can fix it but it will go bad again after six months or so

Some people say to cool it down with ice, but i think that is too dangerous for the Iphone.

I have the same problem. turn your iphone off for 5 min, then turn it on.

Some times it works for me. I also have BoosPrefs intaled on my Iphone and that app. also helps with that problem.
